Hotel Aksa Resort

I don't know why people have given poor rating to this hotel on trivial issues. I would have given 5 stars in all aspects but for the leaking wash basin faucet. However Renovation work was going on full swing when I stayed in October 2024. It is one of best hotel in terms of location, look and rooms. The resort has a sprawling garden and one can enjoy the whole Pahalgam valley sitting on the chair. It's a classic building with large rooms and extensive wood work. It's away from the hustle of crowd. The approach road is brand new and picturesque as well as the ambience. As for me, this is the place of choice to rejuvenate and soak in solitude amidst the nature. You can take a long peacefull stroll in the beautiful woods with your partner and get lost in the nature. Though I stayed in this hotel unplanned with my brother when we were on adventure bike tour to Sinthan top. This hotel is in my wish list when I go next time with my wife.

Hotel aksa resort pahalgam is one the best hotels in pahalgam we were a group of 40 people we enjoyed a lot in the hotel service is very good rooms are suspicious and neat and clean food was awesome also there is a lot of film shootings in the area because it's a peaceful palace it's 2kms from main market .Manager yousuf is very helpful and cooperative and guided us very properly about sightseeing and every thing we recommend this hotel to every one

I recently had the pleasure of staying at hotel aksa resort pahalgam.it was unforgettable experience from check in to check out each and everything was Upto mark.Rooms was neat and clean ,food was delicious location is awesome we are preferring this hotel to everyone.mr yousaf manager of the hotel is a nice person

Bad experience no basic facilities like inyercom, Tea/coffee was not available in rooms Bedsheets were not clean Switched off dg set at midnight

Location are awesome Service is very poor Not maintained Staff behaviour not Good Restaurant hygiene are very poor Toilet washroom not hygiene Overall experience is poor from staff and services But location is Good Need to be maintained this property

One of the most pathetic resorts to stay. The General manager named Yousef is one of the most pathetic person. Never stay in this most dirty and low class place. We were promised some beautiful rooms. But when we went over there I was shocked. We were offered a place where my servant quarters are also better then this. The GM Yosef have no respect to any customer. When I was addressing my grivience he with a cigarette talking to me and saying if u want to stay then stay or else leave. There are many other resorts. But don't stay here.

I stay on 23-05-24 I did not see this type of local guest House type hotel. Once I reach they provide our 2 rooms one room is ok but other room is like 10x8 bathroom. And remember rooms see in web site is not this hotels room they cheated. And we give 500 rs charge only market to hotel.
