"Before booking, I came across a few negative reviews and was a bit hesitant-but after staying here, I can confidently say those complaints were totally baseless or exaggerated. Some guests clearly don't know how to behave or what to expect from a mountain resort. Our experience was absolutely amazing. The staff was extremely polite, helpful, and always available when needed. The rooms were clean and cozy, with beautiful views of the valley. The food was fresh and satisfying. Honestly, Green Top Resort exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable stay in Pahalgam

Green Top Resort is a hidden gem in Pahalgam. The location is simply breathtaking-snow-capped mountains, lush greenery, and a peaceful atmosphere. The rooms were clean, cozy, and had a traditional Kashmiri touch, which made the experience even more special. The staff was extremely warm and hospitable, always ready to help with a smile. Food was delicious, with a variety of options catering to both local and North Indian tastes. Waking up to the view from the balcony was magical. Highly recommend this resort for a serene and memorable stay in Pahalgam

Ignore the haters-this place is worth "I saw a bunch of negative comments before booking, but after staying here, I'm convinced most of them are either exaggerated or just plain fake. Green Top Resort gave us a wonderful stay. The location is breathtaking, surrounded by snow-capped mountains and fresh air. The staff? Super polite, always smiling, and ready to help with anything. Our room was clean, warm, and had all the essentials. Food was tasty too. Some people probably expect five-star luxury in the middle of nature, but for anyone with realistic expectations, this place is perfect. Don't let a few bad reviews stop you-I'd definitely come back again!"

It seems like a family run place with 2 "blocks" on either side of the road. Block A seems like they main Green Top priority and has the breakfast and dining area. So all Block B guests need to walk down to Block A daily for their meals. We stayed for 2 nights and were allotted 2 rooms in Block B. There's no elevator and hence carrying bags to the 3 floor is an exercise for the staff. Improve room fittings and invest more in staff training in professional aspects and this should be a great place to stay.

The owner of this hotel has named it a "Resort" but this place does not have anything to be defined as a Resort. It's not at all worth to stay at this place. Rooms are too small with limited hot water, no lift in the property. No food service at all. Worst part is drinking water is also not accessible easily. My recommendation - Please do not book your stay in this resort unless you want to experiment and experience a worst service.

poor hotel management. I went for a honeymoon. 6 boys were drinking in another room which was in front of our room. not safe for a girl or couple at all. advised to not book this hotel for a couple or girls. You can book if you are ready to deal 100. The hotel was good, breakfast was good. but not good for safety purposes.

Disappointing rude behavior from the manager and staff. Their behavior was a real bummer; it was totally uncool. It felt like they didn't care about anyone around them. The whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth. I am still pretty shocked by how unprofessional it was. Definitely not the way to treat people. Please note that hoteliers are now posting fake reviews to improve their ranking.

The staff was very helpful and the rooms had a beautiful view. Breakfast was also very good. Danish Bhai (Manager) always supportive My overall experience was good.
