Fraudulent, Unhygienic, and Inhumane - Stay Away! This so-called 3-star hotel is a complete scam. It's nothing more than a poorly maintained guest house with disgusting conditions and zero hospitality. I wouldn't wish this experience on anyone. 1. Blatant Lies & False Advertising - This is NOT a hotel. The management is outright deceiving guests with false claims. 2. Food Poisoning Hazard - The food they serve is stale, unhygienic, and outright dangerous. My entire family suffered from diarrhea and nausea after eating their food. Clearly, they have zero food safety standards. 3. Freezing at Night - They shut off the heating at midnight, leaving guests to freeze in unbearable temperatures. 4. Zero Compassion & No Emergency Help - When my child fell sick, we asked for help arranging a cab or doctor. Their response? "Sorry, we can't do anything." They showed no concern, no assistance, nothing. This place is not just unprofessional--it is dangerous. If you care about your health, safety, and basic human decency, avoid this place at all costs. We had one night stay over here. The rooms are very comfy with a bed and room heater. The food is also nice. The staff is very friendly, welcoming and helpful. I would like to specially thank Mr. Tahir for being the warm host and being there for us whenever we needed him.

This is a very bad hotel. They won't even give you properly working heaters. The rooms are very bad. They have different properties beside the photos belong to them. Don't believe on uploaded photos online. They don't even care what you think. Don't do non-refundable payment. They won't even respect you after the payment. You need to get your own things no one will attend you.
