Room is spacious and clean. Location : quiet with a good view from the room Staffs are really helpful and friendly. Very accomodative, answered to all requests politely. Food avaliable at in-house restaurant. Price is reasonable. Good job to the guys who managing the hotel during this winter season, including the few chefs n the kitchen helpers who allowed us to use the kitchen too.

The hotel premises are so good. Nit and clean. The staff is very helpful. Delicious food and snacks .
There was a boot and coat renting next to the hotel. They are real big cheaters and charging 5X extra money then others. The boots and overcoat was Rs 200 at all the other places but these people charing 550 for no reason with cheap quality products. Worst experience I have ever had in Jammu.
