Hotel Moonlight Residency

A good hotel to visit with family & friends, good atmosphere, food is also excellent. Their rooms are also very clean.....

It's a nice place for 1 or 2 night stay. The best thing about this place is its location. It's nestled right inside the old Kathua city with a thriving marketplace and almost all government offices and major banks within immediate reach.

The restaurant has really nice ambience to it. The staff is quite cordial but lacks a proper uniform. The food is better than anything else you can find in the city , still I don't know why this place is not upscale. I think it is the best place to choose from the limited number of dinners we have in the town. The environment was cozy and comfy. The rates are reasonable but still bit on the higher side. I my view if you don't have the time to travel across the Ravi to Pathankot, this place can be a good alternative.

I used Moon light residency bar as walk-in guest. I was looking for some chilled bear but only one type of bear was available happened (3-4 times) . There is no way we can pay digitally no card swipe machine or UPI mode very annoying. Today at age of digital payments people hardy carry cash with them. Even the bar staff is not fully trained to there job. Area is clean and had good atmosphere around . But need a lot improvement with respect to their services.

Rooms are good enough according to the place, in this building you will be able to drink because the bar is at the top floor, eat food because the restaurant is there and more importantly rooms are available .. The place is good nearest to the kathua market where you can buy clothes shoes and many more things ..

One of the best hotel you can find in Kathua. It does not give you a premium comfort like a hotel in Amritsar (PB) or Manali(HP). But if you are planning to stay in Kathua(J&K) this is your best option. Aside its old form factor and low quality but hyegenic food one good thing though is the silent atmosphere here gives you relief.

was on business trip, this property is popular with business and family travelers. had a very nice experience, rooms are clean and hotel is centrally located. food is very tasty. overall good experience.

It was realy a worst experience temperature outside 42 degree and there is no ac /chiller facility need to improve service ..there is suffocation movie was fantastic but so hot inside better to sit outside..
