I had to visit this place on official business (though last time I has stayed in that Company's guest house) but this time the room was not available so had to find a hotel. From the web i got this name and it was early morning and i was too tired, on seeing the property I was so put off but had no choice as i was tired and had to relax. It is just a hotel I wouldn't recommend to my friends as it is not clean (may be more of a hippy's place to spend the night for just Rs.400). In fact I do not advise anyone to ever stay at Kathua unless you have home & relative here; there are no good hotels here. Instead stay in Pathankot just 25 km away where you would have some life to be seen. Mine was too small a room with tiny toilet and for 8-9 hrs i am told the power shuts down here, besides you will have tough time struggling to receive any network connection. See the enclosed actual picture of room & hotel. Average is an overrating by me and i did not eat anything here so cannot comment on service.

Worst hotel for long stay.... 1 night stay only will be good.... No stays for family.... Kitchen is there but it is the worst kitchen I hv ever seen.....rooms are omg so dirty
