We booked this place as a one of pit stops on our motorbike trip The first impression was quite ok, side of the city, reception was acting really promptly But than we went to the room... Room was really spacious which was nice But that's the only nice thing about the room No toiletries No extra bed (although the room was booked with an extra bed) Only one towel for 3 grown ups Hand prints on the wall Health and safety...I know that in India there can be different standards but very slippery floor in bathrooms with open shower is not ideal. Using tape to connect the boiler to the electricity in the bathroom isn't the smartest idea) We had an issue and wanted to check CCTV - we couldn't till the morning as the front desk decided ,,no because of no"...to mention looked more like intoxication but I am not accusing anybody From another barrel, breakfast was really tasty and restaurant staff was really attentive Overall disappointing experience with couple of highlights

Their was no proper service provided by the room staff and it was a major issue when i get to bath another time due to rooms towel. The quality was not good. All the threads stick into my body because of my quality of towel they provide. Fully not satisfy with the service

The friendly and accommodating staff, the clean and spacious room and the excellent service. We enjoyed the delicious dinner and breakfast. The location of the hotel was perfect, near the railway station . Thank you very much! Will be back.

Everything was good at the hotel (like rooms, service, food and other things) but booking rooms directly to the hotel was my bad experience...a few days ago, I contacted their landline number and mobile number for booking but in return I got no response from them.... landline number keeps on ringing and that mobile number said that our booking team will contact you...but no one has called me... Because of this I can say this, booking rooms at akash hotel is a very bad experience for customers (if you book from other booking sites then they will show a high price there)

Lift not working. Non cooperative staff. TV also not working. All the way used staircase. Very bad experience.

One of the best hotel in the entire city, Rooms and ambience is so delightful. Food is also very delicious. Staff is so helpful and well behaved. Would like give my sincere thanks to all the staff for delivery memories for the lifetime. Thanks again will surely visit soon.

Located right on the highway, good food, average maintenance of rooms - the AC seemed to struggle to cool the room! If you need anything, be prepared to call multiple times. Ok for a night halt while traveling. I realized later that they did not give us a receipt, but an estimate on plain paper, and charged the full taxes even asking for a part of the payment in cash!
