Hotel is very close to railway station and bus stand. Receptionist was polite and the guy who sits at night did some good interesting conversation with me. Owner overly worried about my travelling abroad but otherwise ok and nice location with less traffic compared to other places in the town

Nice hotel. Close to the railway station. Owner halped me to find car to the Srinagar.

Worst experience with their mutton biryani, it was 300 for a single bony mutton piece without meat. I had paid 300 for a bone and rice. Please order the same order and prove me wrong

Hotel is very good for the price. Rooms are good and well furnished. Location nearby the railway station is very good, specially for boarding train at odd hours. Always, always prebook your stay with the hotel or online when visiting Jammu and Kashmir because outside prepaid mobile numbers don't work and you wouldn't be able to find a good hotel.

Worst experience of my Life.. Even if somehow you are able to get room here for free, My advice is don't take. Rooms are smelly, untidy and staff is impolite. It's not a hotel it is more like a public toilet with a bed.

Worst property.. the staff is not supportive.. this is the worst experience that there was no electricity for 3.hours in night at 2 AM and they had the generator but the person did not wanted to on it.. after 3 hours i had scolded then he did it.. breakfast is worst better than that the street food is better.. geyser was not working also room was very much small. Do not book in this hotel worst property.

The AC in the room was not working, the same was informed to us at the time of checking in, the owner also asked us for cancellation. He later agreed to shift us to another room post check out of other guest. We eventually got the other room after 2 hours but those 2 hours were like sitting inside the barbeque. The owner's attitude was very friendly and helpful but the manager was not bothered at all with our inconvenience and discomfort. Overall a good hotel because of it's location near to the Jammu Tavi Railway Station.

Very bad experience here. Heater & fan was not working. No generator back when light was gone . We sleep 2 to 3 hours without electricity at night . Windows were broken , no glass to the windows. Reception behaviour was very rudely. Overall bad experience.
