Best location hotel in Jammu town. I was truly surprised by the service and the quality food provided therein. Around 20 members stayed for two days. No service related issues even the staff was so helpful while accommodating us, specially Mr Nitin.

Exceptional Stay - A True Five-Star I recently had the pleasure of staying at hotel royal in, and I can confidently say it exceeded every expectation. From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive to every detail. The check-in process was seamless, and I was immediately impressed by the elegant decor and calming ambiance of the lobby. The room was spotless, tastefully furnished, and offered a breathtaking view. Every amenity was thoughtfully provided--from high-speed Wi-Fi and plush bedding to a well-stocked minibar and luxurious toiletries. Housekeeping maintained the room impeccably throughout my stay. One of the highlights was the hotel's restaurant, which served world-class cuisine with fresh, locally sourced ingredients. The breakfast buffet was especially impressive, offering a wide range of options for every dietary need. What truly set this hotel apart was the exceptional service. Every staff member went above and beyond to ensure my comfort, often anticipating my needs before I even voiced them. In every aspect,royal in delivered a flawless experience. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone seeking luxury, comfort, and outstanding hospitality. I will absolutely return!

The hotel location is not very elderly friendly as you are required to walk with luggage for a good distance as it's not on the main roads and vehicles can't reach upto hotel. Required to get down a lot of stairs to reach our vehicle at parking. There is no dining space or a proper kitchen. We went as a 19 senior members group and food was arranged between stairs landing which was very awkward. The breakfast wasn't made available on time at 8 am though informed that we had to travel to Kashmir. The staff wasn't awake also and they were unable to provide breakfast which was part of package and we left hotel without it. Further no lift and rooms are allotted on higher floors. The counter staff were not at all very friendly. They say it's 3 star property. Very bad memory .

The room and bathroom were very clean and well maintained..the staff was helpful and very well mannered.. Easy check-in..and good location. Very good service for les prices

I stayed here for 4 Nights and it was a wonderful experience with Royal Inn. The staff is welcoming and friendly. The check in was smooth. The hospitality is unmatched. Room service, food, housekeeping staff and particularly The Man at the reception Mr. Nitin and Mr. Sandeep Sharma are warmly welcoming people with pleasing personalities. I haven't found any Accommodation in old city Jammu like royal inn in recent years of my stay. I found the property aesthetically pleasing as far as the interior is concerned. I look forward to stay here again soon.

I had a wonderful stay at The Royal Inn Hotel! The staff made me feel so welcome, and my room was clean and comfortable with a beautiful view. Breakfast was delightful, and the location couldn't have been better for exploring the city. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a relaxing and enjoyable experience.

For this price you won't get any better hotel in Jammu. Rooms & washrooms are very clean. Washrooms were spotless which I greatly appreciated. The bedsheets and linens were fresh and changed regularly and the service was also very good. Furthermore the hotel is in the city centre itself, so getting anywhere from here is very convenient.
