OYO 61572 Hotel New Fiza

Worst hotel i have ever stayed in. They are asking 60 rs for hot water. Also I got a room in the basement. Wifi not working. No TV. You feel bad for paying a lot. The staff behaved so rudely.

Rooms are not same as shown in photos. No dustbin & door mates in room. Only one towel & one soap will be provided for 2-3 guests. No shampoo or moisturizer is provided. No hot water kettle & glasses are provided. No heating arrangement such as bedsheet heater or room heater is provided even if temperature is below 5deg in room. Seepage on room walls. Geyser will be onn for limited time only one hour & it's operated from reception. They play loud music on reception TV at night which disturbs you in room. Rude behaviour of owners/managers when asked questions regarding problems during stay.

Google should provide 0 star rating and tagging option. Only single plug point that too to charge mobile, no laptop charging. Rude behavior by manager with attitude. I regret not going through Google reviews before we book this. PS : don't believe Oyo tie up hotels these days. Worst @oyo.

I usually never write a review, But the hotel was soo amazing regarding the very poor services, No Drinking water in the room, No wifi, Hotelier don't have common sense that if customer is coming to stay at-least soap and water should be there. Not a single thing was complementary not even water for drink. "I have paid Rs60 for hot water" Can't imagine . Staff POOR ad owner drinking alcohol at reception. totally not safe for family. will not come again in future ad TOTALLY NOT Recommend to any one. STAY AT YOUR ON RISK. "Paisa barbad"

Worst experience of the hotel staff. Staff has no information of the booking and asked us to wait for 30 minutes. When I called booking manager of the hotel, he was drunk and asked me to wait more or choose another hotel. I won't recommend it to anyone. Be very careful while booking with them.

This is one of the best budget hotel in Jammu. The hotel is located near bus stand Jammu and the famous Raghunath Mandir. Staff is good, cleanliness is good. But there is no restaurant or kitchen facility in the hotel, so you will have to have meal outside.

This is a good budget hotel for people seeking stay in Jammu. The Raghunath temple is accessible distance from here. It provides stays in both, rooms as well as dorms. The dorm is situated underground. The hotel staff is just okay. For dorm bookings they denied WiFi access at first but after insisting a lot they did allow. Overall it's just okay for a stay of a day or two.
