Le ROI Jammu Hotel

Hotel Rio Jammu is best in all the way. Rooms are specious,, neat, clean,good service. Best part is just out side of station so we always prefer this hotel for night stay when travelling by train. As well as good service for airport drop. I am a group tour orgeniser and every year get best review from my all guests.

My stay at Le Roi was excellent and truly hassle-free. I had accidentally made a booking for 13th May instead of 13th April on MakeMyTrip. Since the booking was non-refundable, it was a bit stressful at first. However, the hotel staff, especially Mr. Rajesh, coordinated with MakeMyTrip and arranged a room for me against the same booking date, which was a big relief.||There was a bit of difficulty due to the non-refundable nature of the original booking, but the support from Mr. Sharma (General Manager) was truly commendable. He ensured everything was handled smoothly.||Thanks to the helpful and cooperative staff, my overall experience was excellent. Highly recommended!

Absolutely disgusting place to stay! We had a group reservation for a wedding and reached early morning.As we were travelling with kids and senior citizens, we requested for a room to rest before our rooms were made available for us.The front office boys were arrogantly emphasizing that they had no rooms available and the hotel was full (what a joke, considering the condition the hotel is in). After requesting a couple of times, the sardar guy at the reception asked us to pay early check in charges for a room for 3 hours. I insisted on a upi payment but was asked to pay in cash, which the duo at the reception happily pocketed!! (Saw them grinning & doing that). At checkout we raised an issue and got a bill for the same though! ( Say NO to corruption). Coming to the rooms...well if you are ok sharing your living space with cockroaches & mosquitoes, you deserve my salute! The only good thing here was the friendly housekeeping staff. The food is terrible to say the least except a couple of items like fries and noodles. The buffet breakfast is a joke altogether! I don't even want to get started on that! So a word of caution - Stay in a dharamshala if u can but AVOID this shabby property for your own good!

This hotel le Roi is situated just beside the Jammu railway station which is very easy to locate and reach. You can reach here by auto car even by bus from Jammu bus stand well connected. You can reach here and stay comfortable for muting the communication specially when you want to visit by train this is just 10 /15 steps from Railway station of Jammu. The greatest thing which I like about this hotel is fully accessible for wheelchair parking and accessible for senior citizens Ramp is also available for entrance too. I just arrived here for my business trip.

We stayed there for one night. I think the property is bit overpriced. Rooms are nice, spacious with basic amenities. The location is absolutely brilliant. This is situated in Jammu station.

I recently stayed at LeRoi Hotel in Jammu Tawi and had an extremely disappointing experience. The staff was unprofessional and unhelpful, making the stay unpleasant right from the start. The hygiene and cleanliness standards were shockingly poor--rooms were not properly cleaned, and the bathrooms were in an unhygienic state. For the price they charge, I expected much better service and facilities. Unfortunately, it fell far below even basic expectations. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, as there are far better options available in this price range. Definitely not worth the money.

We had an excellent experience staying at Hotel LeRoi. The rooms are very clean, the staff is extremely helpful, and the location is right next to Jammu Station. Would definitely recommend staying here.

good hotel in Jammu, cost is reasonable, and also a great location for staying when visiting via Train, proper room sizes and comfortable stay. rooms are with good food service. Easy access to cabs and very friendly staff. They have kept tea, coffee making materials in the hotel, we can make it at free of cost, Food & service is good Highly recommended!! Breakfast was too good and will surely visit again while travelling jammu.
