Hotel Trinetar Gardens & Banquets ( A Unit of Sudershan Hotels & Resorts)

Booked this hotel for 2 days. This hotel was 10 km away from Jammu Airport so it took about 1 hour to reach and the road to this place is in poor condition. The hotel was good. Smooth Check In. The room was clean. Water bottles were provided and were restocked the next day. The bathrooms were clean as well. The sheet had faintly visible stains on it. Other than that everything was clean. The room was cleaned by the housekeeping the next day. The lift was operational and there was ample space for parking. Grocery shops are present outside the hotel. The only downside was that there wasn't any cab service available in this area. None of the cab services operated in this area and it was quite troublesome. Overall a good place to stay.

Very pathetic experience. I don't know who gave them 4 star it's the worse. There was not water in taps. Jet were not working. Moreover, the price were as high as 7 star restaurant but quality was like roadside stal. Even the stal on road would serve better food. Never ever go for this hotel. Better to choose other one in same price range

Good hotel trinetar gardens jammu . Facilities are even great room are good . Rest room and food is really awesome . Enjoyed very much with my friend . Good lunch . Staff is very polite and smart. Good luck and his team housekeeping. Thanks entire hotel team spacial thanks.

I stayed here for 3 nights recently, staff is quite nice , Food is amazing - would complement the CHEF specially.. Location is nice with vast car parking, Rooms are very specious, just one need attention is the cleanliness & maintenance of Bath rooms a bit more.... Overall enjoyed the stay..

Hotel is good, Located on main Jammu Road. Rooms are not very clean but service is good. Breakfast is good. Dinner is Little bit costly.

Less maintained overpriced hotel in Jammu. The washroom was not cleaned properly. WC had black marks, and during the checkin time, we called the reception to send housekeeping, and they cleaned, and it was better after that . Overall services are poor.

One of the best place to stay near Jammu. It's not exactly in Jammu but bang on main highway and before the main city. The hotel check in was hassle free and staff was friendly and the hotel got ample parking space. Didn't tried the food there but surely the restaurant seems to be good.

MU IMAGES WOULD SPEAK VOLUMES. The staff at reception tried to dupe us by saying they don't have any booking. Thanks to MMT that they intervened and got this sorted. Took 1 hour at the reception because of the staffs callousness. How about unlock-able doors . The last image shows that the door had the lock missing
