Hotel KC City Centre

It's one of the super luxurious hotel in Jammu. The room was elegant and washroom was top quality too. There is one thing I didn't like is they assigned us one of interconnected rooms. Room No. 312 which was connected internally with 310 so we were continuously hearing some human noises from that room and it is obvious they were hearing us too. Food was delicious. We had their buffet breakfast and ordered white pasta. Staff is also very polite and the service was good too. Overall a good experience.

Can you give this vintage hotel anything less than 5 stars? They have maintained the class and have improved the ambience over the decades. The food and drinks have always been top notch...

We had a wonderful stay. The staff was exceptionally professional and kind. The rooms were clean and comfortable as expected. It has been a very warm and welcoming stay. Big thanks to Neha and Amit from housekeeping for making our trip more comfortable. And the food is awesome over here. I will always recommend this hotel. Cheers

I'm here from last 9 days room number 514.Good rooms with excellent hospitality from the hotel staff. Appreciated from my bottom of my heart.Neat and clean all over with good ambiance with quality food And the Room Service especially Bandana Sharma and Neha. Great job and keep it up.

Overall experience is very good service is good and staff is cooperative. I stays for 4-5 days every month in KC and very happy with the service. Also view is nice from hotel and can get everything nearby. My Room no is 427 this time

I have been living in Room 337 for almost two and a half month. It has been absolutely a wonderful stay so far. I would like to thank Mr Arun to make my stay really comfortable and providing me the best services.

We had organised party on 10th of March 2023 .It was organised by H.R . Munish Kapoor. It was just commendable . Every need was catered with utmost perfection making us feel so important. I would like to compliment your entire staff for being so professional. With smile on their faces, they have been really very impressive in their service. The way they handle whole function was just speechless .And I would like to visit your hotel again for this outstanding experience.

It is a good and big hotel near to Jammu Bus Stand. Talking about Hotel staff, food and service all were good. Pantaloons outlet is also available in this property for shopping. As per online and hotel booking sites its a Five Star property but as per my stay at this property it doesn't feels like a 5 Star property. Considering all above factors this hotel can be recommended for both business and personal travel
