Hotel K.C. Residency

I went for lunch with my parents. Trust me, it is one of the best restaurants in north india. The service is top notch . We ordered manchow soup, rajma chawal, dimsum and malai mushroom Tikka. Every bite just melts in mouth. They perfectly customize the dish according to your taste. I will surely visit again if I visit jammu.

Had an excellent experience at the Hotel . Amazing and most modern amenities in the room and toilet which weee spic and span . Wonderful buffet at the breakfast with great spread . Enjoyed some of most delicious cakes during buffet breakfast . Staff is courteous and professional . The location is prime . I would highly recommend this hotel who is travelling to Jammu for Business or Leisure

Was there for an evening dinner in there roof top Revolving Restaurant 'Falak'. The restaurant is really good. Very well appointed, excellent service, excellent food, damn good views. Bit pricey but worth it considering all aspects of fine dining.

Good hotel. Parking can be better managed. Also lifts are very small and can accommodate just 5-6 people which creates a rush during peak hours. I had gone for a party in terrace restaurant on 6th floor. Food as well as starters were just awesome, in fact much better than any 5 Star restaurant I have visited till date. Highly recommended for food!

The revolving restaurant on the top floor is a must try if you are visiting Jammu. It has great city views and the food is good as well.

Rooms are good, yes. Everything else was a disappointment. Me and my family stayed here for two nights. The staff was unhelpful and most were rude. As our room card wasn't working, we went down to the reception twice and it still wasn't working. When we checked with the staff on our floor, they kept asking us to go again and check. Only after being firm did they agree to do it themselves. Even otherise, there is a lot of biased treatment in the hotel. I am aware that they have a lot of different plans for guests opting for different kinds of room but that doesn't mean they treat the guests in a biased away. The staff and the system is such that they outright deny us of a few services, without courtesy. Moreover, most of them were confused about what plan includes what services. The restaurant wasn't great either. All this was disappointing to witness given that the hotel is well-known in Jammu.
