Hotel Jammu Residency

Large campus, spacious rooms, nicely maintained, value for money deluxe room. Managed by mostly hindu staff. Sumit is helpful. it is located in a prime location surrounded by a local market near raghunath mandir which is a must visit. Veg food is average.

Decent place.. As govt. Property maintenance is little bit under rated but staff's behavior is very impressive.. Secure place and near to market area and Raghunath Mandir as well...

Staying here in old heritage jammu city was good ! This hotel is run by jktdc . Rooms are spacious and good but surprisingly they don't provide toiletries and tea pots in your room ! No intercom and broken door lock with missing hand shower in the toilet was unsatisfying and jktdc must look into its improvement ! Local people call this hotel #dakbangla ! Room prices are in budget and car parking space is big and secured too !

What better can you expect from a govt owned property...no maintenance, rooms are good but without maintenance... service is also likewise. . though the tariff is decent enough..

We visited Wazwan restaurant. The ambience is good, service is nice but the food served seems to be precooked. We ordered couple nonveg items and we were served within 10mins however the tawa roti took more time to serve which indicates the roti was made at order and other items were just heated and served. The Rogan Josh was still ok compared to other items. The dum aalo was not at all good with over dominating flavor of snauff

It is the most sought and most convenient place to stay at in Jammu. Location is wonderful, access to whole Jammu City. Located in the shopping hub and the stay is much cheaper than other hotels in the vicinity. Ample parking space available besides you can taste best food in the city.

Rooms are very spacious but not maintained. Rates are ok. But maintenance is very poor. Govt should look into this
