Staff behaviour is pathetic they are not customer centric they are money centric. Rooms are pathetic. Third class service

The worst hotel l have ever seen in my whole life we booked this hotel for our 16-17 guest in advance and they took the charges of different room and now gave us the very very cheap rooms which was Dirty, smelly and conjusted

The rooms are average but if maintained properly then its lil better. But the worst part is the staff. One of them has no sense how to talk or how to behave with guests.

Only entrance is ok afterwards I realised that it's a biggest mistake to book a room here. Used rooms are provided. Untidy. Stinky. Used packets found. High in cost.

Booked hotel For 3 days for one of our friends weddings. They charged a huge amount. We had the worst experience ever. The Hotel does not have proper staff. The rooms are very untidy and the washroom tile slope is like the bathroom water will come in your room. The Lady owner of this hotel is very rude and will not even listen to the problems. They just want money nothing else. Worst experience ever.

Honestly, this hotel is not worth. The rooms are very unhygienic, washrooms are disgusting. Staff behaviour is very absurd. They even don't treat you well. We were charged 1500/- and given basement rooms which were full of pests. They charged us 25/- per cup of tea(which was water). Door handles were broken. And asks extra charges for everything. Even they didn't provide us with new blankets,mugs, bucket. Horrible experience. Only stay if you want to reach airport at the earliest as it is around 100m away from the location.

Very poor quality room. Also member not cooperative.

Mr Ashu was perfect in customer service. I enjoyed my days at Hotel Jammu Airlines. Please ignore the negative reviews on google,selecting this hotel was my correct choice. From food to cleaning, everything was perfect. Overall, an excellent hotel to stay. I would give 10 out of 10 rating.
