Absolute delight place to visit. Quality is delicious and standards maintained.

Nice decent comfortable hotel. Staff is very friendly and polite. Bright and good size rooms with a very comfortable bed and a long sofa with 2 comfortable chairs and centre table. Tea / coffee makers and mini fridge is provided in rooms. Hotel is centrally located and wheelchair friendly. Pastry & cake and light snacked corner is also there in lobby area

3 star hotel in the city area.. Food is costly. Not good service at the terrace restaurant...

1. The rooms were neat and clean and spacious. However, mineral water should be provided, not the purified sealed water and especially glasses to be kept in room for drinking water. 2. Food: had a complementary breakfast. A lot of varieties were available. However, service has to be provided before we call them to ask and order the tea, dosa and omelette. 3. Reception: bills/ invoice has to be provided at the earliest. When there is an error in the invoice , it has to be corrected and has to be provided at the earliest. 4. Accepted our request for providing the room for some minutes to get refreshed after the checkout time. Ms. Meenakshi was supportive to our team during the stay.

The Hotel is in a very very good location not so crowded. Though they need to renovate exteriors. The facilities are good. 1- Food is great. 2- Room services are cool they listen whenever you call, they respond well. 3- Neat and clean. 4- Rooms are good. 5- Bathrooms are always clean. There is a sitting area with a cafe near reception. The restaurant area has plenty of space.
