Very bad experience Even after calling them 3 times for room service they didn't respond. Even ac didn't work on genset, so in summers when temperature is soaring around 45 degrees, it will be very surprising for you. Nd one more thing room not worth the price. No personal grudges, just giving the honest reviews here.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this hotel. I had paid an advance to secure a room for my Guest, but upon arrival he was informed that no room was available for him . This is completely unacceptable and reflects poorly on the management and booking system of the hotel. Despite my repeated attempts to resolve the issue, the staff was unhelpful and offered no alternative solution or compensation for the inconvenience caused. My Guest was left stranded without any assistance. This lack of professionalism and accountability has left me with a terrible impression. I would not recommend this hotel..

Paid in advance, confirmed the booking, and yet they refused us at check-in. No explanation, no accountability just sheer incompetence. This isn't how you treat paying customers. If you value your time and peace of mind, look elsewhere. 1 star is more than they deserve.

Terrible Experience - Avoid This Hotel! Booked in advance, paid upfront, and upon arrival, they denied check-in without any valid reason. Absolutely unprofessional and disrespectful treatment. No communication, no apology -- just left us stranded. Save yourself the hassle and choose a place that values its customers. 1 star because zero isn't an option.

The food is just okay. It wasn't as great as Mughlai or Kashmiri non veg items should be. Ambience and service was good though. Prices aren't that reasonable either.

One of the best eateries in Jammu for Wazwan. My favorite dish is Dhania Korma with rice. You should also try their Rista and Tabak Mas.

I don't about the rooms But Restaurant is worst. Expensive as well, there are many many more options for such kashmiri wazwaan food nearby. No parking area. Recently They started new small packed somp,(worst) When i asked for one extra somp, they said one small packed we could provide for one person no extra somp we could provide. I would not suggest this restaurant at any cost.
