Dhairya's Villa

Stayed there with family, owner is gem of a person. Very clean property with very cooperative care taker. Owner also took my feedback. Surely recommend to all visiting jammu.

We were visiting Jammu from North Kashmir and had stay planned with one of my friend which did not go as per plan and we were left to find alternate stay options at 9 in the morning. Since I was dead tired and hungry both at the same time, and also our checkin timings were not aligned with almost every property, I started ringing all good properties across gandhinagar area while emptying my plate of poori chhole and Kalari kulchha at Pahalawan di hatti. Fortunately within few mins I stumbled upon this homestay with very good reviews. My wife loves homestays because they let us customise and fulfill requirements better than even star rated hotels. I called up to enquire and Mr. Dhairya patiently heard us and despite the awkward checkin time and our short stay, he let us in to his villa which was located in a posh area and at impeccably connected location. He shared navigation details and we reached the property and were surprised to see Care taker mr. Veeru waiting outside property for us. He quickly assisted us into getting our vehicle parked inside and completed kyc formality.checkin was as smooth as it can be. Property has a beautiful lawn where my son played with caretaker's daughter and had a good time all along. We were also pleased to see how aesthetically magnificent villa was. We admired almost everything installed in villa and it was taken care by caretaker with equal efforts. My wife loved the villa so much that she called her parents and invited them for next trip to SMVDK with stay in this villa. Checkout was also smooth and we parted in midnight with a wonderful experience and lots of memories. Mr. Dhairya is a wonderful host and stay in this villa is highly recommended specially if you are travelling with family, kids. There is working kitchen and caretaker Mr. Veeru is more than happy to fulfill one's food and beverages requests. Till we visit again

It's a well decorated guest house. Services are very good. Personally I love the hospitality of this guest house. They treat their guests very well. In a word, it was an amazing treatment. Wishing all the best wishes

I was told in online the rent was Rs2500/- per room in the main building per day with complimentary breakfast but on arrival they provided a room outside the main building when questioned about the mischief they said if you pay Rs500/- more, room will be provided in main building. It's really misleading ad and mischievous

A great and a cozy place to stay whenever you visit Jammu.... Their Hospitality is special and staff is very Co-operative... They welcome you with a glass of chilled water in tidy glasses followed by hassle free checkin Experience.... They have two fireplaces-One open and One Closed in their back yard with an attached pantry to fulfill your party needs. Overall an 5 out of 5 experience!

The rooms are very clean and neat and everything else. The environment is so beautiful and the location is just simply amazing. This Was such an amazing experience to stay at this Villa. If you ever to stay in Jammu, do book this guest house please. Their services are extraordinary!! Thank you so much for everything.
