The stay was very nice and relaxing. Staff is courteous in a formal way. Rooms are very clean but too small as per Radisson standards. So value for money part felt a little less. The pool filtration was not as per expectation, the pool was a bit dirty and muddy. The cafe is too good with good rates. Savory croissants and pastries are a must try. Ruksana in the cafe goes an extra mile. The food spread was very good and staff too prompt with food requests. Location is also very reachable. The front desk staff needs to be a bit more into relationship building though, we are Radisson prime members since years and this was the first visit where they did not look at us or said bye or thank you or any courteous msg like hope to see you soon. Rest all was good would love another visit.

Filling a superb and Wonderful service experience in the hotel including room service and foods. The hotel staff is very polite and behaved in a gentle manner. I recommend to all people planning to visit Kashmir valley should be booked this hotel for cheerful stay and experience the best and comfortable trip. Especially thanks to Ms Payal and Ms Kamlesh, they both are superb in dealing with all the customers. Thanks and regards.

Stayed. there for a weekend. The location is pretty nice and central. The room Was comfortable. Excellent service and food. The staff. was. very warm especially rukshana. A big shoutout to the entire team .... was crazy busy still took care.

Worst stay ever. Pathetic service. There staff lacks basic manners to deal with the guest. Overpriced. Do not have its own car facility to provide pick and drop despite such exorbitant prices. Also, they service stale food

Hotel room are large and location is best. Housekeeping, front office staff are good. Laundry service good however they misplaced one garment. Very bad experience with restaurant inside the hotel. Breakfast option is good but more variety required. Timing is 7am but service is only partially operational at 7am. Live counter staff not available from 7am until 745am. Discipline required overall. The morning restaurant staff in the restaurant are good but post 2pm when the shift changes the the staff is very lousy. We went for lunch at 230pm and to get menu book the staff took 30 mins. We had to walkout of the restaurant without food and have from Bahu Plaza which is outside and 1/3rd the cost. Next day we went at 4pm to have tea and snacks thinking the service would improve but to my surprise or rather shock the staff and service was very poor. Tea took 45 mins and above all when we ordered for lemon water he came back after 45 mins with lemon soda. Kindly change the staff immediately if you don't want to loose more customers.
