The location of Clarks Inn Express, Jammu is not what you expect of other Clarks Hotels. But there is no compromise on facilities that are available within the premises. Even though the rooms do not offer great views, most of the facilities are of good standards including safety. The Staff are friendly and accommodative. The breakfast and dinner spread was tasty with limited varieties.

An ok property in close proximity to the Outer Ring Road. Staff is welcoming and friendly. Decent parking space is available towards rear side of the hotel. Food preparation is good. But they really need to improve on their room cleanliness. The bed sheets, pillow covers were not clean and were torn at places.

Very good hotel ,not exactly on road ,rooms are ok and sufficient size ,breakfast is also v good ,service is also good ,recommended

Last time I visited your property 2 times and every time I faced problem like your staff is not communicating with each other members and today when I visited your property at 10 pm I had a big burst in water pipe outside the room and water broke down everybody woke up and the room was changed at 11:30 pm and the rate at which the room was given last time was also given at a very big price or last time also I faced a lot of problem because of the app staff or felt insulted in front of the boss and today also problem occurred because of burst pipe and after changing the room was given a normal room with no heating so for the third time I had a very bad experience with you so after today I will never stay at Clack Hotel will suggest to anyone

Excellent stay...staff very cooperative.... food very amazing....rooms very haygenic ....pick up and drop facility available.....
