The experience here was extremely terrible, the washroom didn't even had a door latch, stained toilet and a sink with a tap that directly shoots water on your face... The room was in a bad condition too, the power outlets had fallen out from their position and if some child touches it, they're definitely getting an electric shock, all topped off with an unpleasant smell.

Very old property. Located just near RaghuNath temple jammu. Location is good just opposite of KC Residency. Bar is also available. Rooms are average. Food is also average.

This is a big stain in the name of hotels. Pathetic staff and absolutely awful and smelly rooms will make you puke right at the time of check in. Portrayal of Zero professionalism was seen when the Room service guy literally told us to keep the door open for him to be able to come and go easily without having to ring the doorbell multiple times. Next day when we woke up, to my surprise the room service bought us some tea without us ordering, which quite honestly fixed my mood, only to ruin it later by knowing that it was chargeable. When argued with the receptionist, the response was, "You should have rejected the tea if you did not order it", plus he also insulted us by saying "how can you expect a complimentary tea in a room so cheap" (Fare was precisely 2k). It's not like they had a Maharaja suit in their hotel which would have rendered me a free cup of tea but their attitude was on another level. Take my word and please avoid going to this place. If my review would help even a single person to avoid taking this bad decision, I would consider myself blessed!

Rooms are not renovated, mattress is uncomfortable, blankets were smelly and looked like they were not washed. Also, there was cigarette smell in our room and we kept our window open in this cold night but that smell was there with us the whole night. Washroom was very very bad. They had no running water, overall a bad experience, don't waste your money.

Absolutely awful hotel. There were cockroaches in the room and I had to leave at 11.30 at night to go to another hotel. There was food waste beneath the bed which hadn't been cleaned, hence the cockroaches

Quiet place, the design of the hotel is simple and clean. Dinner service was a bit too slow. Room facilities are well maintained. The staff is well approaching and helpful. There is a cafe shop Barista on ground floor. I enjoyed my stay and had lots and loads of fun.
