Extremely Disappointing & Borderline Unsafe - Avoid at All Costs! Our stay at Asia The Heritage Hotel in Jammu was shockingly bad. Room service was a nightmare we had to repeat even the simplest requests 3-4 times before anything was done, and even then it was half-hearted. Breakfast? A complete gamble. Some days there were decent options, and other days it felt like they'd just forgotten guests exist. The lack of consistency was frustrating. Their dinnerware was honestly disgusting looked reused and never properly cleaned. I wouldn't even call it "washed," let alone hygienic. Cleanliness was abysmal. The floors were filthy with strange stains, the curtains looked like they hadn't been washed in years, and there was dust, lint, and hair everywhere. Furniture had scratches, stains, and clear marks from drinks where coasters weren't used. Even the towels came with lovely yellow patches, gross. Hot water? Another lottery. Some days there was none, other days it took forever. And the biggest red flag our room door had a hole right above the handle. You could see clearly into the room from the outside. It felt incredibly shady and unsafe it honestly wouldn't shock me if they had hidden cameras. Zero sense of privacy or security. The only saving grace was the food I ordered once from their Pavilion restaurant it actually tasted really good. But again, it took forever to arrive, so even that was a test of patience. If you value even basic cleanliness, privacy, or service do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

Asia the heritage hotel in jammu which located in perfect place in the heart of city is very very nice and fabulous it has it's own look we stayed in the hotel the rooms are very nice with their proper fasciities we ordered for the food it was amazing we tried so many cuisine the service was very quick & fast really we enjoyed there as a home away from home

From the moment I arrived, I was embraced by a sense of calm and warmth--both from the serene landscape and the ever-smiling locals. One of the highlights of my trip was visiting the iconic Vaishno Devi Temple. The journey to the shrine, nestled in the Trikuta Mountains, was spiritually uplifting and physically invigorating. The devotion of the pilgrims, the peaceful aura, and the panoramic views made it an unforgettable part of my visit. Jammu also surprised me with its rich culture and history. The Raghunath Temple complex, with its stunning architecture and intricate carvings, stood as a testament to the city's heritage. I also explored Bahu Fort, which offers a sweeping view of the Tawi River and houses the revered Bawe Wali Mata temple. Food lovers will find plenty to adore here. From piping hot Rajma Chawal to street-style Kaladi Kulcha and traditional Dogri sweets, every meal felt like a warm hug. More than anything, it was the people of Jammu who left a lasting impression. Their hospitality, kindness, and pride in their roots made me feel more like a guest in a friend's home than a traveler. Jammu isn't just a destination

We had an incredible stay at this stunning heritage hotel! The architecture, decor, and ambiance all transported us back in time. The staff were warm, welcoming, and provided exceptional service. We can't wait to return.

Very nice and excellent flavoured food, restaurant is very nice and atmosphere inside is very nice and fabulous Staff is very active and service is very nice and quick every thing is served in the hotel With proper quality Very very polite behaviour in guest handling

We went for dinner at Yangste restaurant and we had an amazing time, The food was exceptional the flavours were delicious. The dessert was so delicious thanks to the recommendation of our waitress Anu. She was exceptional throughout the service and knew every dish. Will visit again.
