Anutham Hotel & Resorts

We visited Srinagar, a day after the Pahalgam terror attacks occurred. From day 1 of our stay, we felt welcomed, homely, safe and comfortable. From the reception staff, the kitchen chef and staff, and housekeeping.. Everyone was soft spoken, gentle, well informed and respectful. I fell ill during my stay in Kabo and I received full support from the housekeeping to clean my room and replace towels when we needed. Due to my sickness, I got special food made from the kitchen and the chef was more than obliging. Special mention to Gauhar, who ensured that I received all the extra special attention that made me feel very comfortable just like my own home. Mehr guided me to visit the nearby hospital to get proper medical attention. She was very warm and approachable in her demeanour. Our stay in Kabo is full of sweet memories, in the midst of tension brewing across the borders and within J&K. Not once we felt that they are Muslims and we are Hindus. We were just humans supporting each other in tough times.

The staff was very supportive and helpful. Their service was excellent. Especially Mr. Guwahar, he made our meeting. All the staff members were very decent and well behaved. We got the best facility out of hotel rules and regulations. So that We highly recommend this Hotel to stay in Srinagar.

Amazing, wonderful and luxurious stay. Specific theme based interior furnishing and decoration. Large sized rooms equipped with king size doublebed, sofa chair, writing desk etc. Arrangements render a nice ambience to the room. The flower vases, sofa, teepoy in reception area leave a great impression. Lift, corridors, wall paintings are extra ordinary. It also has a shop to buy traditional Kashmiri items.

Gauhar and his team took really good care of us! Overall, the whole experience was great! The buffet was also the best one we had in Kashmir. The staff were attentive, fast and taking care of our requirements. The spread in the buffet was great.

Excellent facilities and staff.. The whole Anutham team takes very good care of their guests. Everything is very nicely supervised and taken care of... recently, 2 of my guests came from overseas and they had a memorable stay.. The service and ambience of the hotel was amazing. The hotel location is convenient and just 20-30mins away from Airport. Moreover the food and cleanliness was good, the staff is cooperative and attentive specifically Gauhar, Mudassar and Ashfaq. We have enjoyed staying at this place for 2-3 days. Thanks again!
