I recently stayed at this property and had a pleasant experience, but there were some notable shortcomings that I feel are worth mentioning. Positives: The property itself is beautiful and well-maintained, offering a serene and relaxing environment. The interiors were tastefully decorated, and the rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable. The staff was incredibly polite and attentive, ensuring that we felt welcomed throughout our stay. Additionally, the food provided was delicious, and the overall atmosphere was perfect for a getaway. Areas for Improvement: One of the main reasons I chose this property was because of the advertised amenities like the indoor jacuzzi and sauna/steam room. Unfortunately, neither of these amenities were functional during our stay. This was disappointing, as we were looking forward to using them as part of our relaxation. While the staff was apologetic, it would have been better if we were informed about this beforehand. Overall Experience: While the stay itself was enjoyable and the service was commendable, the unavailability of key advertised amenities did leave a sour note. I recommend this property for those looking for a peaceful retreat but suggest confirming the availability of advertised features before booking if they're a priority for you. Rating: 4/5 (deducted a point for the non-functional amenities).

We had wonderful experience at Gauhar villa.We were a family with kids.One of the best stays in Srinagar during our trip. The rooms have ample space and provides us with beautiful environment and felt like a homely stay. The cleanliness standards are exceptional. Food is a must try here and the whole staff is very courteous. Last but not least Mr. Masood owner of the villa who helped us with lot of things and was available 24*7. Great services provided by the whole staff. I would highly recommend to all the people looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay in srinagar.

Overall experience was great. Villa was amazing and its near the airport. Staff was kind and good in hospitality. Ashraf managed the staff very well, good luck.

I highly recommend this place. The staff at this place were incredible welcoming. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning. They helped us exploring all beautiful places.

The location, architecture and the hospitality is top notch . From the owner to the staff , each and every member were very welcoming and made us feel right at home . Will visit again for sure ! Thanks.

Its a beautiful property with excellent experience from the entire staff The rooms & property was clean & peaceful We booked it with food & needless to say the Chef Surender Singh did justice to every dish we had The menu was customised to our choice with multiple options The pleasant appearance & friendly nature of the entire staff made it fun staying there A huge shoutout to Fazil for taking care of all our needs with utmost priority I would highly recommend the property to any upcoming guests who need peace while also easy access to all the pretty places to visit in Srinagar

Stay was great but jacuzzi and steam wasn't working. Service was quick and breakfast was really good.
