Shaw Resort 11

Outstanding scenic location with a view of snow capped mountains from the windows of the rooms, just a treat to our eyes. Clean rooms with heaters in rooms, hot water, excellent hospitality, good food. No complaints. Infact staying here was one of the best stays in our entire trip to Kashmir(we were a group of 9 with kids as well as senior citizens).

Stayed here for 10 days and had absolutely no complaints! From the service, hospitality, food and everything in between, Shaw Resort 11 was a perfect stay. The rooms were spacious and clean, more importantly the bathrooms were impeccable. Heaters worked as they should, and in the odd instance they didn't, the hotel provided us with great smaller heaters for the room and worked quickly to fix the radiator issues. Thank you to Shaw Resort for making our stay super memorable! Definitely recommending it to future travellers.

The staff was really helpful when my daughter was not well in the middle of a rainy night. In a place like Gulmarg where there is no big hospitals, the hotel staff came to the PHC hospital in Gulmarg and they were with us until we reached hotel back. Great service.

I visited with my family from Australia and had an absolutely fantastic time at Shaw resort. Umar Gul ji and all the staff there were very hospitable and accomodating. The location of the resort is amazing , with some of the best views of the valley from the room, the food was tasty and cooked fresh, and the whole staff there went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and pleasant. I would highly recommend Shaw resort to anyone planning to stay in Gulmarg.

Amazing Stay in Gulmarg at Shaw resort. The team here provides exceptional hospitality from the first second. At mealtimes the buffet selection is delicious and freshly prepared, the whole team is on standby to provide assistance, advice and hospitality plus. The rooms are very comfortable with heated beds and beautiful views, of course you have a view to the nature reserve in the valley and its not rare ti see leopards or bears in the area. The mountain is also incredibly beautiful and snow sport enthusiasts will appreciate the excellent facilities and amazing local hospitality.

Placed in a very outstanding scenic location with snow-capped mountains on one side and the exquisite picturesque valleys on the other side. Feels like you are on top of the world. The Rooms are so spacious and well-equipped with every specific detail that one may wish to have. The boys at the Hotel are so energetic and good natured. It would also be worth mentioning that the services rendered by the boys are non-pareil.

Excellent service . Had a good experience and stayed here for two days. Food was fabulous. Inspite of terrific environment on 22nd incident they made us very comfortable and provided good environment. Overall satisfactory.
