Pine View Resort

The hotel is located on the main road close to Gulmarg market. A little far from the Gondola but not too far. The room was quite spacious and clean, with a central heating system which is on from 7 pm-10 am, plus an additional blower. The staff are quite helpful, especially Mr Tanveer, who manages most of the work. We had an issue with the central heating system going too strong and also a change in the bedding. For both, he himself came and fixed the issues. The food was ok. Dinner was good, although too oily, but breakfast needs improvement. They need a good chef. Another point of slight dissatisfaction was the washroom size. It was quite small, especially the commode and the wash basin being crowded together in a small space. All in all, a good place to stay in Gulmarg. One caution- online platforms show double the actual price of the rooms. We suffered the same and realised that only after talking to the manager. So better to contact the hotel directly for booking.

Overall, it was an unforgettable stay, and I highly recommend this resort for anyone seeking a warm, comfortable, and enjoyable experience.

We used parking here and proceeded for a gondola ride. Local shop keepers ask you to take gum boots and a jacket. Sellers are sweet spoken but make price discrimination. You need to negotiate with them.

The service was topnotch; fast, friendly and efficient. We stayed there for 2 days, and on our last night when we got back to the room, the staff had a beautiful surprise for us. Thoughtful gesture.||My parents loved it. And that's all that mattered, The location is excellent and the evening dinner is made surreal by live music and sumptuous food. Highly recommended

All the other reviews are absolutely right. This was by far the best tea house we stayed in on the whole trek. The owners were so so kind, my sister was sick whilst we were here and they were so helpful and checked in on her every day. The food was also the best we had on the trek. And the views are amazing. Thank you so much

Sir, We have not received our requested refund payment from your hand till yet .... This trip we have to cancel because of my husband injury issue.....my agent had shared the photos also with your person......even following for the same but from your hotel hand they are saying that will be refund in 2-3 days but not yet received in past 8-9 days...... Kindly update me for the same it was cancelled because of the medical reasons...... booking was done on the name of Kapil Patel...

Impressive was the Food and service. The staff was attentive and genuinely friendly, ensuring we had everything we needed without being intrusive. Their recommendations were spot-on, and they took the time to explain the menu and answer all our questions.|Overall, provides a wonderful dining experience with fantastic food and top-notch service.

Rooms are very comfortable and excellent. The breakfast buffet is excellent with a huge number of options. While returning we were leaving early and the staff graciously packed us a huge breakfast. The stay was memorable and would recommend it (prices are slightly on higher side but still reasonable according to it's service or the way they made us feel.
