**Terrible Experience - Do Not Stay Here!** The only positive about this hotel is the staff, who are polite and try their best. But beyond that, everything is a disaster. The rooms are nothing like the pictures--old, outdated, and poorly maintained. The furniture is worn out, the carpets are filthy, and there's a constant musty smell. The bathrooms are in horrible condition, with broken fixtures, leaky taps, and almost no water pressure. To make things worse, there are frequent electricity failures, and the hotel only runs the generator for two hours before turning it off to save on diesel! Guests are left sweating in the dark with no air conditioning or even basic lighting. The so-called amenities are either broken or barely functional. Cleanliness is also a major issue--dirty sheets, stained towels, and dusty surfaces everywhere. This place is absolutely not worth the money. Save yourself the frustration and book somewhere else!

Located on hillside, well ahead of Pahalgam Municipal entry gate. Approach road is metal but dirty. Only 4 rooms habitable. You should nod book rest rooms. Small rooms with peculiar narrow bathroom. They have generator but they never make it on. Frequent power cut happens. Staff behavior was so so. Food over priced. You need to bargain. I would suggest to avoid this property.

Tucked away in Lidroo, just 5 minutes from Pahalgam, this peaceful cottage stay was the highlight of my Kashmir trip. The hosts -- Riyaz Bhai, Danish Bhai, and Koul uncle -- made it feel like home. Waking up to the sound of a stream, sipping their amazing tea, and driving by the river daily... pure bliss.

"Terrible Experience at Zuri Cottage Pahalgam" I'm really unhappy with my stay at Zuri Cottage Pahalgam. From the start, things went wrong. The hotel was hard to find, and when we arrived at 8 pm, it was completely dark. No one was there to open the door, and there were no lights outside. The rooms didn't look like the pictures online. When we checked in, we saw that the hotel didn't have basic things like electricity. The staff didn't want to start the generator, and when we complained, they turned it on but then turned it off again to save money. Our room was freezing, and the heater and electric blanket didn't work. The hotel is old and not well-maintained, with bad linens and towels. The towels were old, and the bed sheets were stained. The only good thing was the staff, who tried to help us. But it's clear they're limited by the owner's focus on saving money instead of making customers happy. We booked for two days but left after one day because it was so bad. I strongly advise against staying at this hotel. The owner's focus on saving money makes for a bad experience that's not worth the money.

Last week I booked Zuri cottage at Pahalgam. Their pathetic services spoil my trip. Geyser was not working, they had a broken mirror in the room, heater is not working. Dim lights.

A very nice place to be, great location near pahalgam. Enjoyed the serenity and views. Loved it.

The manager Mr Yasir, is either a liar or unaware of the rooms available at the property. Has no sense of customer service and rude. The attendant there, Mr Shaizad is very polite and manages the whole show, check in , kitchen and everything well. The food is very good and prepared fresh . Has a good spread for breakfast and dinner
