Our stay at Hotel Frozen fall Resort, Drung Road, Gulmarg was absolutely delightful. We were impressed by the warm ambiance and snow-clad surroundings! The staff was really attentive and helping that made our stay very much comfortable. Our Villas were clean, spacious and contained all modern requirements and amenities. I was amazed by the breathtaking view from my Vila's veranda, which added a serene touch to our two days stay. Belonging to Gujarat, we had truly never seen this much snow before!|The breakfast, lunch and dinner at the hotel were equally exceptional. The restaurant offered a wide variety of delicious dishes. The complimentary breakfast was quite satisfying and gave a lasting sensation of pleasure to our taste buds. |The staff was very courteous, always smiling and helpful too.|Truly speaking the two days stay of 18th and 19th March 2025 at the hotel offered us a perfect balance of serenity, relaxation and pleasure. It was an unforgettable experience. Nice place to stay. Food was average but apart from this everything is very good. Waterfall is awesome and can be viewed from the room. Should stya here for sure.

Absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The luxury tent stay by the riverside was a perfect blend of nature and luxury. The room heaters were a welcome touch on chilly nights. The staff, led by Manager Gowhar Ali and General Manager Shahuddin, were extremely attentive and courteous. Asif and the rest of the team were very quick to respond to our needs, especially when traveling with 2 kids - they went out of their way to ensure their food requirements were met. The food was delicious, hot, and plentiful - a true highlight of our stay. And the convenience of having food served hot in the tents was amazing! The kids' play area was a great addition, keeping our little ones entertained and happy. The beds were spacious enough for our family of three, making it a great choice for families. We also appreciated the availability of hot water 24/7 in the tents, adding to the overall comfort. The thoughtful touch of providing walkie-talkies in each tent for internal communication was impressive and added to the overall luxury experience. The Kashmir factory outlet within the campus is a fantastic perk, making it easy to shop for souvenirs. The hotel's dining options offer all types of meals at very standard prices, unlike other hotels where prices tend to be inflated. For instance, their paneer dishes are around 350 and can easily serve 2 adults, which is great value for money. One tip for potential guests - since there are only 4 river-facing tents, it's essential to book in advance to secure one. Located just 800 meters from the waterfall, this hotel makes for an ideal base. We'll definitely be back! In fact, I'll always choose to stay here whenever I visit. Highly recommended!

I had my room booked here from Gowhar Ali. Unfortunately, due to extreme weather conditions I couldn't land in Srinagar. Their management understood the situation and gave me the entire refund for same, which is very commendable. Looking forward to have a stay here for sure during my next Kashmir trip!

The property of Frozenfall Resort is very nice and spacious. We git a very nice big room in Deluxe category for a couple. Food and breakfast is also good but choices are limited. The Hotel though is situated at a location quire far off from the main Tangmarg market.

Very nice location and hospitality from the staff. Enjoy scenic views, good food, bonfires and excellent service from the staff. We got our cottage decorated for honeymoon and they did the best that could be done at the site. All in all, a wholesome experience for Kashmir trip.

Overall great experience. Perfect location - 4.5 Food : 5 Service: 5 Cost: $$$ Abdul bhai is very humble. All the staff are very welcoming. Food is yummy and the place is kid friendly. We stayed there for 2 nights. Liked the hospitality provided by Yasir and Aasif.
