**Pros:** - Excellent location. - Competitive pricing. - Ample room availability. - Very humble and responsive staff. - Amenities include hot water, WiFi, and parking. - Rooms have sufficient ventilation despite being small. **Cons:** - The washrooms are extremely dirty throughout the facility, with a persistent bad odor despite our complaints. They attempted to address it with air fresheners, but it didn't significantly improve the situation. Additionally, the water jet was broken, and there were no wash basins available, which is a major inconvenience for those prioritizing cleanliness. - Thin walls result in significant noise disturbances, making it challenging to sleep peacefully. Our stay was particularly unpleasant due to noise from neighboring rooms and a group camping directly beneath ours.

My partner and I stayed at Tree Bones Resort last weekend. The young staff is so innocent, lovely and helpful, and the location is great. However, the hotel's biggest letdown is the cleanliness. We ended up changing rooms three times. The first room had dead flies and insects in the bed, windows covered in dust, and stained, smelly towels. The cupboard had rubbish, and the bathroom wasn't cleaned with soap, a toothbrush, and toothpaste left from previous guests. Despite being told there was hot water, I doubt it. The staff's English was limited, making communication difficult. In the second room, the bin was full, dirty towels were left from the last guest, the bathroom wasn't functioning properly, and it smelled terrible. Finally, after complaining, we were moved to the third level, where the rooms are more recent and nicer. However, cleanliness was still an issue. The ashtray was full, there was no bin, and the bathroom floor was green and slippery from stagnant water. The toilet was dirty. It seems like common sense to clean a room properly. The cleaning staff needs better training! Maybe the cleaning standards are different in india, but come on, the staff was just sitting around doing nothing. Get some cleaning product and clean entierly every single room!!! Cleaning needs to be done in between each guest! ---

Mr. Zahid was a life saviour as he agreed to give us a place to stay in a decent price, even though we seeked for the booking on-spot. Good Host !!!

We had kashmiri wazwan here, the food was really good, chef Zaahir is well experienced and innovative with his cooking. Try the dhaniawala korma and rista.
