Hotel Arika Grand and Urban Prison Restaurant

A highway hotel that is actually bit away from the highway, no vehicle sound disturbs sleep unlike some other roadside hotels, Spacious, clean and newly furnished rooms were excellent. prison themed restaurant is a nice touch with handcuffs and all, good service. Lift though is not available yet.

Room so dirty. No laundry bag. Laundry not clean at all. Empty swimming pool. No buffet breakfast, need to order first and takes time so long. No hot water at night. They give me rejected mineral water. Will not go back here. Sorry.

Visited the restraunt hoping to enjoy with family but flaws in management ruined the experience. Delayed service was a mood spoiler. The ambience and the interior were quite nice but the food wasn't pleasing.

Property is very beautiful. Cleanliness is very good. Staff is also very cooperative. Everyone's behavior is very much love

Dont know about the banquet hall...but the restaurant is surely very sick..worst customer service ever.. was sitting there for 2 hours and still couldn't get the order... The forget about it and don't even try to make it..it's very sick... Females aren't even treated as customers...

We recently visited Arika Grand Hotel for a weekend holiday, hoping for enjoyment and a pool party, but our experience was ruined by poor management. The staff were unprofessional and lacked proper management skills. We planned to enjoy the pool, but it was under maintenance--a claim that seemed like an excuse as there were no visible issues. The best part of our stay was the food; it was exceptional. We stayed for two nights and three days, trying almost all the food varieties, and loved every dish. However, the restaurant staff were insufficient, though the restaurant manager was humble and responsible. The ambience and rooms were perfect, with good parking and a nice location, but these positives were overshadowed by the unprofessional staff. A humble request to the owner: please choose staff with experience and professionalism to ensure guests have a better experience.
