Arshad the caretaker is a very attentive. He made our stay very pleasant. The location of the hotel is close to river rafting point. Room heater is missing which could be challenging during winter. A very quiet place and surrounded by apple orchard. Great location to enjoy the nature.

Special thanks to "Arshad bhai" He was very Cooprerative, interactive and very good cook as well, He manage everything alone And that management was literally very good and in a proper manner.. We were talk with them till midnight, he was very talkative person, matlab aisa samjho ke unse baat krne me waqt pta hi nahi chala... Best Hotel in Pahalgam,i personally know the owner he is humble and very genuine person. Alma Resort do really care for the guests and there food is delicious .

My stay at Alma resort was very good. The rooms were clean and had good ambiance. It comes with an in-house kitchen serving delicious food and the staff was very hospitable and cooperative.

Arshad G. M of the ALMA resort is very good and cooperative. He serves the best food prepared in hygiene environment. It was my best decision to spend time in this resort . Service served by arshad is unconditional moreover he's friendly and i would highly recommend this place for everyone

Horrible experience.. Bathroom is dirty. we had to wait for food for hours. Checked out 1day before as we can't stay any longer
