Nice place to stay. I am an auditor, I spent 6 days here. Friendly staff and management. Solves issues on priority.

Best and trusted hotel for family and bachelor's in anantnag Rooms are neat and clean. Heater blankets and room heater are there which is very helpful during winter times. Receptionist and Manager were very friendly.

Located in a silent area,rooms are spacious enough with clean bed having excellent ventilation with fan and tv.Bath room cleanliness can be improved though accessories are comfortable with working geyser and I paid 1000 rupees for single occupancy and choice is limited in Anantnag.

Location is just outside of busy part of town. Awesome host and owner. They have a Honda dealership right next to the property which is also owned by owner and they helped me lube my motorcycle and washing with very less charge. Food was good too. Overall great experience.

A good stay option in Anantnag very close to military and administrative establishments. Location is very good, right next to the road with parking facilities. Only downside is the rooms are really small and feels bit congested. Food taste and availability needs to be improved, Chicken Biryani was good but other dishes such as Chicken Fried Rice etc weren't upto the mark. Owner is friendly and helpful towards travellers. Good experience overall.

Update: I stayed overnight again this year. Nothing has changed. If you pay online, they will charge GST extra. Tariff can be baegained. There aren't many hotels in Anantnag. This one is by the main road. Vehicle has to be parked by the road itself. There are two floors besides the ground, the top one has a restaurant (although I didn't visit it). The owner is courteous and helpful. He gave tips on sight seeing places and himself fixed the faulty door. I had trouble bolting the door both from outside and inside but was fixed soon. The room I stayed in was OK, good enough for two people. Toilet was clean, there was a hot water geyser but somehow it failed to work on day one and had to bathe in cold water. It was sorted by the next day. Food can be served to the room. Shampoo and soap bar is given. I found the bath towel unclean, I had to ask for another one. Like most hotels, the bedspread is hardly ever changed after the guest leaves. The pillow covers too weren't clean. There was a closet but was filled with quilt, hence unusable. There were two small chairs and a teapoy. There was no shower in the bathroom. Room service is fine. Payment can be made online. I stayed here for two nights.

Tandoori chicken was amazing, best hotel in the town with best food and service.

This is a good option to stay overnight if you are travelling or are in a vacation. Not recommended for a long 2-3 or more days of stay as there are other better options, however for a overnight stay it is perfect!
