Very bad experience, i have left my samsung tablet in my room by mistake. I drove back 500 kilometre to get my tablet back. They just denied, the room servent stolen it nd just denied, according to him iam a lier. He also wanted extra tip, he even texted my send him tip. Such a horrible experience, never leave ur stuff inside because staff is thief

I booked a room here and was charged exorbitantly for a room that was already occupied with bugs, and cockroaches. I had no other option left and had to stay for a night with family. The bedsheets and pillow covers were not washed, so I used my own bedsheet and pillow covers. I wont recommend any one to book a room here ever it just looks good in the photo. All the shops close at 8 pm. I won't recommend anyone to go on the street after 8 pm as the streets are unsafe.

We booked 13 August 2023 two rooms in this hotel bliss very very experience with in half a hour called staff to fix both rooms toilets also one room ac stoped call again to fix staff had attitude big time than decided few family members went to our relatives home. Next morning trying to take shower same thing happened in the middle water stopped coming through tap. Wifi was working whole time. Even I talked their manager explain everything about last night and morning. I won't go there again. Don't give these kind people any business they don't deserve. Big no thumb down to their service. Before booking think about going to have good time worse experience shame on them

The Hotel is having the best location in the Anantnag area.The owner of property( Mr.Lyeek Khan) is very dynamic & positive person.he represents the real kashmiriyat. The rooms are good.|We visited the Surya temple in mutton & Verinag. The staff of hotel (specially Mr. Ishwak) very courteous & helpful.i recommend everyone to visit this hotel whenever comes to Anantnag.

It was expensive. Staff behaviour wasn't welcoming. The heating system wasn't working properly. Issues with the Hotel water. Overall the service wasn't good at all.

Forgot to take top roof view, it's good place for staying cause got super supported warm shower water n it's located on the road side. Recommend
