Moon Palace Jamaica All Inclusive Resort

We took a trip to Moon Palace Jamaica with five families, and we're still talking about how amazing it was! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and taken care of. The service was top-notch, and the resort had something for everyone--kids, teens, and adults alike. We especially loved gathering for meals at the wide variety of restaurants--every dish was delicious, and the service was always friendly and fast. Traveling with a big group can sometimes be chaotic, but Moon Palace made it effortless. There was never a dull moment, and the memories we made together will last forever. If you're planning a group trip or family reunion, this resort is a fantastic choice. We truly enjoyed every single moment.

We had a great time at Moon Palace. Jamaica. There was six of us, 2 Jamaica and 4 kids our daughter's Sweet 16. It was fun and relaxing, offered a lot, and we were very happy with the restaurants and entertainment. We would recommend and return! I was lucky and captured a pretty good night photo of The "MOON" Palace as a Mystical Fantasyland! I hope you like:)

Pros: Service is definitely exceptional. From the entrance up to exit. The fact that they have room service whether it's maintenance or just delivery of food. It was top tier. Entertainment too was good, they had good entertainment throughout the night. Cons: Food options weren't the best to me. I honestly didn't enjoy my breakfast nor dinner on both nights. I mostly enjoyed just the pizzas and the dessert.

I highly recommend the Moon Palace--we had an amazing time! I read some other reviews, and honestly, I think some people just like to complain. The hotel was extremely clean, and the beach and pool were awesome. All the bartenders and entertainment staff were fantastic! We can't wait to go back. We also traveled with two toddlers, and they absolutely loved it. We were so happy with everything

I had a wonderful stay at Moon Palace Jamaica! The resort is beautiful, with clean and well-maintained rooms that made my stay comfortable and relaxing. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, always ensuring a great experience. The variety of food options was impressive, but the Jamaican cuisine was a bit of a hit or miss--it could definitely use some improvement to truly showcase the island's rich flavors. Additionally, the room service menu could have a better selection to match the quality of the on-site dining options. Overall, I loved my stay and would definitely return. With a few enhancements to the food, it would be even more amazing!

I most say the service at Moon Palace Jamaica is truly commendable. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure that I was welcomed and valued. From the front desk to the dining staff, everyone is friendly, professional, and eager to assist. This level of service enhances the overall experience and made me feel like i was valued guest.i loved my stay I will be coming back.

When I arrived at the hotel I was greated graciously. I felt so welcomed. The bell boys and receptionist were excellent. I enjoyed everything about the hotel except when I was at the pool area. Something happend and I thought it was a mistake but it kept happening and I realized it's the norm at that particular department. So I went for drinks at the bar and I stood there and waited patiently before I was administered to. Then I saw a lighter colour person walked up and was served immediately. I said nothing but it kept happening and bear in mind I planned on only spending three nights there. When it first happed I wanted to leave but my friend insisted on us finish our stay there. But it happened again and again. So I stopped going. Next I asked for a drink and it wasn't done the way I liked and when I said it the young lady said it's already done so I have to take it. As if she was bullying me. Me and my friend planned on taking our kids there for the Christmas holiday but we obviously changed our minds because our kids are dark skinned so obviously they won't be treated as the lighter color kids. And it's really sad the way my people treated me because I didn't have an accent.

One of the best experiences I've had at a resort. I felt so safe the entire time, I had one other person with me and we had the best service possible. Everyone is so sweet and all have the best energy. The beach was so clean and the water was beautiful. Perfect place for any age, especially young couples or young groups. 10/10 would recommend. 100% returning!!
