Grand Palladium Jamaica Resort & Spa

The place is beautiful. The service and staff were exceptional. Some of the food seemed recycled as roasted chicken was passed on from the next day, which seemed obvious by the dryness, toughness, and hardness of the meat. The bartenders were very personable and attentive. I wish I could say the same about the alcohol. It was very obvious it was watered-down and weak. The staff that was trying to sell a time-share were very annoying. I understand they have a job to do but when you respond to their sales pitch with a resounding "NO" you should not have to repeat it 10 more times and then made to feel bad because you said no. I feel bad for the staff because they have to deal with the nasty privileged patrons and their out of control and under supervised children. I commend the staff for their patience, kindness, and measured responses while in a difficult environment. For any future customers, I would ask you kindly, to treat the staff with kindness and respect. After all, you are a visitor in their homeland.

How friendly the staff members were. The views were stimulating and lush and overall a very relaxing holiday. I would definitely recommend to a friend or family member to take this trip one day. It was a lovely time indeed. Only thing I wish was better was more local food. It felt as if I was still in England sometimes with the food options

Myself and 19 family members came to celebrate my 60th birthday. The staff at the Italian restaurant went above and beyond to ensure my birthday dinner was the best. All the staff at the Grand Palladium were very polite and helpful, the rooms were kept clean. We were in Villas 23 and the cleaner was excellent. The buffet dinners were also very good again the servers were excellent well done Keaayne. The poolside was also clean and the bar staff again were very polite. Overall we had a very pleasant stay and will definitely come back.

I really enjoyed the customer service and professionalism of the workers at Grand Palladium. Nashoya Nash, Michael, Shanake, Michelle Marks, and Karissa were exceptional. The shuttle driver Pac Man went out of his way to assist us. Thank you! I would say definitely try the Hibachi restaurant and the jerk chicken hut, we really enjoyed the food. Everything else was just okay. I did not try the buffet so I can't attest to that. Our corner oceanfront suite had plenty of space and two balconies. The bed was comfortable and the wet bar stayed stocked. The balcony door was very irritating as it was not easy to slide and you don't really have a way to open the sliding door once you are on the outside if you close it all the way. We visited the pool on the Lady Hamilton and really enjoyed ourselves especially the swim up. There was some nightly entertainment such as a white party and bingo which was fun. Marsha Grant in the Zentropia Spa is the truth!! Request her! Some renovations are needed on some of the suites as you can tell from normal wear and tear and the longevity of the resort, overall it was a good stay and I would return.

We had an awesome fun time with Chef Jamie! He was fun and engaging. Love, love LOVE our serving girl, Malia! Her smile is infectious and she was always aware of what we needed! I want to take her home!! Thanks so much!

We just visited Grand Palladium Jamaica Resort & Spa last week, and we were mesmerized to see their luxurious accommodations. Customer service was great. The staff are so friendly and ready to help anytime of the day. The food was great. We had a lot of varieties to choose from. The rooms and facilities were very clean. I loved everything about this hotel, from room types, customer service, restaurants, bars and facilities to the huge pool area and beach. I will recommend others for sure!. I would love to visit this hotel again next year.

Shamar Lawson from the mobay buffet was very nice and kind. I recommend when you come to eat here asked to be seated in her section. She was one of the best here. Stayed on top of making sure my coffee cup stayed filled

We had a wonderful family vacation at the Montego Nay Resort. The room was clean and the pool was lovely. The service at the pool bar was excellent. The kids had a great time at the kids' water park, but it was closed down the last few days of our stay. However, our favorite meal was on our last night. The food at Sumptuori was the best, and we loved our amazing server, Odaine! He was so sweet and patient with our large family and always checked on us.
