My family and I had the absolute pleasure of staying at this stunning brand-new resort during Spring Break 2025 for five unforgettable nights and six days. Our group consisted of seven adults and eight kids, spread across six beautifully appointed rooms of various sizes. Since this property only opened in November 2024, everything felt fresh, modern, and impeccably maintained. One of the standout aspects of our stay was the peaceful atmosphere--we loved that the resort wasn't overcrowded, allowing us to fully relax and enjoy all the amenities. The dining experience was, without a doubt, the best we have ever had at an all-inclusive resort. Each restaurant exceeded our expectations with gourmet-quality meals, diverse menu options, and impeccable presentation. From breakfast to late-night bites, every dish was a culinary delight. What truly set this resort apart, however, was the exceptional customer service. Every staff member we encountered went above and beyond to make our stay special. A huge thank you to our Platinum Club Butlers, Julian and Questos, who anticipated our every need and provided top-tier service throughout our stay. Special recognition also goes to Platinum Club Manager Garth--when we encountered a room mix-up upon arrival, he handled the situation with professionalism, efficiency, and genuine care, ensuring everything was resolved seamlessly. Having traveled extensively around the world, we found this resort to be a breath of fresh air--offering a perfect blend of luxury, service, and tranquility. This was truly one of our most memorable vacations, and we will definitely be back!

FULL REVIEW: April 27 - May 4 | Family of 4 (Kids age 5 & 7) | Swim-Up Room | Platinum Club - FAMILYSIDE| Arrival - Club Mobay & Transfer|Club Mobay VIP : We breezed through the airport and customs in about 20 minutes. Honestly, it didn't look like lines were long, but with two young kids, it was worth the peace of mind.|Baggage Tip: If you want help with your bags, porters expect $1-2 per bag to take them to your bus or driver.|Private Transfer: Highly recommend! We uses Top choice Jamaica Tours aka TCJ TOURs (incredible service!) and got from the airport (landed at 12:30 PM) to the resort by 2:30 PM. Only took about 1hr-1hr10min on a Sunday afternoon.|We used them again for our return transfer and all of our excursions. This was actually our second trip to Jamaica in five months, and |As a surprise, we even had custom water bottles and keychains made for us with pictures from our previous trip. It was one of the nicest, most thoughtful gestures--an unforgettable touch!| The Resort|First impression: Absolutely stunning--hands down the most beautiful resort I've ever been to. The decor and ambiance are next level.|Crowds: The resort was shockingly empty during our week, which made it even better! Always plenty of chairs at the beach and pool.|Beach Cabanas: Get there early if you want one, but Platinum guests often have them reserved by butlers--which worked well for us!| Platinum Club - Worth It!|Rooftop Pool: Gorgeous, with breathtaking views--almost always empty.|Private Kids Club: Platinum guests have access to an exclusive kids club in addition to the main one.|Private Buffet & A La Carte: You can eat all your meals there or just pop in--again, it was often just us in the room. The design is beautiful.|Check-in/out: Super fast. We just had to wait briefly for our butlers to be assigned--grabbed a drink in the meantime.| Our Butlers - Michael & Matthew|We had two butlers, Michael and Matthew, and they were absolutely incredible--especially Michael, who truly went above and beyond.|Michael helped us plan a special birthday surprise for our kids, complete with balloons and decorations in the room--they were so excited!|He regularly brought us coolers stocked with beer, champagne, and even non-alcoholic champagne for the kids, which they thought was the coolest thing ever.|He would escort us to dinner every night, somehow always managing to find us wherever we were on the resort.|Constantly checked in to make sure we were happy and had everything we needed.|He reserved beach cabanas for us in advance and made sure our housekeeping was always on point.|One of the best perks--he'd even order us room service late at night so we wouldn't get charged (normally, there's a fee after a certain hour even for Platinum guests). This was such a thoughtful touch and much appreciated.| Food & Restaurants|Best food I've had at an all-inclusive--especially the a la cartes.|Favorites: Mexican & Italian|Platinum Buffet: Repetitive, but still tasty.|Main Buffet: Tons of choices and very kid-friendly.|Jerk Hut (by the waterpark): We went almost daily--jerk chicken and patties were fantastic.|Reservations: We had them but often didn't go at the scheduled times--no issue at all and no lines!|Drinks: Always strong and consistently good!| Waterpark - Kid Favorite!|Huge hit with our kids--they're still talking about it.|Slides are fast and fun, even for adults.|Lifeguards are very attentive, so parents can actually relax.|You can go down the slides together with your kids--awesome touch.| Beach|Yes, there are some rocks about a foot into the water. Be cautious but water shoes aren't needed.|Very shallow and calm--waist deep and green-flagged every day.|We saw fish, hermit crabs, conch, and regular crabs--our kids loved exploring!|Lots of seating: Always found cabanas, loungers, and umbrellas.|Beach service: A bit slow, so pack your patience--but they do come around.| The Room - Swim-Up Family Suite (Room 6156)|2 Queen beds as requested--yay!|Stunning view, directly overlooking the ocean.|Swim-up pool was perfect--refreshing, not cold, full afternoon sun, and shaded in the morning.|Storage is limited, but we used our usual shoe holder hack to store clothes--huge help.|Downside: The room is HOT.|AC was at 23-24degC, which felt too warm for us (we prefer 19degC).|No ceiling fan.|Motion sensor shuts off AC at night (when no one's moving) or when doors open.|Took a long time to cool down--bring a portable fan or two!| Spa - Grand Spa|We did two Mommy & Me hot stone packages.|Excellent experience--BUT double-check your bill. They tried to charge us for 80 minutes instead of the 50 mins (40 for the kids). We caught it and got it corrected.| Staff & Service|Most staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.|You'll run into the odd person who's less enthusiastic, but the majority more than make up for it.| Final Thoughts|We had an amazing time and would absolutely return!!! We plan to have our wedding here next year!!
Just returned from my stay. The property is beautiful, borderline breath taking actually. The staff were friendly, attentive and helpful. The food was more than okay but also not great. The food market buffet food was always cold for some reason. All the restaurants close at 930 sharp. We attempted to enjoy a birthday dinner and were turned around at 932. The spa experience was also wonderful. Only downside was the 90 minute drive from the airport after traveling by plane for hours but it was worth it. I'd definitely return!
We attended this location for a family vacation and wedding! Our family enjoyed many things from the relaxing beach front, peddle boats, swimming pools and water slides. We loved the swim up bar and the foam party. Aqua size class daily at 11 am kept us moving and having fun! The gym is so clean and lots of equipment to use. Our teen kids had a blast with the employees during beach volleyball games daily, as well as many other pool side games. Indoors, the decor is stellar. Beautiful furniture and colours everywhere. Always somewhere comfy to relax. We loved the experience at the Mexican restaurant. Crepes at the buffet were delicious but the Jerk Chicken food trucks kept us coming back for more. The games room is out of this world full of the latest technology to explore VR! We can't forget about the amazing connections the bartenders and lifeguards created making our stay welcoming and safe. We would love to come back! A trip full of amazing memories made!!!!! Absolutely wonderful experience. Great customer service. Food was very good. Not your usual resort level food. Had a nice mixture of international and local cultural menus. Platinum service upgrade was worth it. Swim up room was beautiful. Hotel decor was nicely done. Lastly, the staff was great. Special shoutouts to our butlers Matthew and Michael, the GM Garth and all the platinum lounge staff. Highly recommend!

We were greeted in the lobby and informed of the check in process. We definitely appreciate the welcome drinks and cold rags. During our stay Guest Experience called our room for feedback and they were kind enough to provide cake and ice cream for my daughters birthday to the room
I'm at the resort now. I would say the hotel is nice and the service for the most part is wonderful. You can tell they are new. They ran out of hamburger buns and started cutting hotdog buns in thirds and they ran out of straws. The room service charge is $15 to bring the food to your door unless you have a butler which is ridiculous. We went on an excursion that cost $400 and it was absolutely terrible and not as described. Feel completely lied to. My kids saw really inappropriate things on the family day excursion. I would not recommend this resort. Pick somewhere else- there are wayyyy better choices in Jamaica. Addition: the AC goes off in the middle of the night during the night. It was so incredibly hot in our room. Hard to tell if they did it on purpose.
