One of the worst and most dirty room to stay in una , I have not seen such untidy rooms yet in atleast Himachal Pradesh. Mouse was running whole night on my bed , mosquitoes were there in peak winters of December,

Inhospitable and EXTREMELY Rude Receptionist on duty at Night.||Basic Information Concealment that rates will be different for each consecutive day.|When asked for that he should just have shared this info at the time of check in. He started Rude & illogical arguments in an extremely inhospitable manner and said Just go somewhere else.||So question was of logic and answer we got was regarding money and with DISRESPECT

Well, My experience was good. Stayed for a night here. The room with the attached washroom they both were neat and clean. A hot water and exhaust fan is available with AC and television inside the room. You can order tea as well from your room.SBI and other bank ATMs are few meters away. Lots of dhabas are just on a short walking distance. UNA bus terminal is just 300 to 350 meters only.

Inhospitable, Rude behaviour & even basic information concealment by Receptionist on duty in Night

Staff is really too cooperative and rooms are neat and clean with all the essential products. price also is justifiable as compared to room and service. Staff really a very good they help me alot to drop me station at night when i am getting late for train.

Good hotel with clean room and a very fare rates.

Good for night stay only. Ac and non AC rooms available. It's near bus stand and passport office and also near to petrol pump.
