Parth Hotel

Stepped in the restaurant. All the items on menu are not available. I feel they don't make any of the fish items on menu and many of the continental dishes. They have Thai food also on menu and they do not make that as well. Food quantity is limited and one dish is just enough for one person. Indian food items, taste wise, are okay & not something that will linger on. Limited manpower. Expect sluggish and slow service. Scope for staff to be trained for being a great host. The maintenance and upkeep of property can be better. The window side of dining space needs to be lined up with indoor plants. Seasonal flowers and greenery on outside will make it more soothing & peaceful for eyes.

I had the pleasure of visiting at Hotel Parth on 28th March along with my family and guests, and I must say, the difference compared to my visit last year was nothing short of extraordinary. The transformation is truly remarkable, and it's clear that the management has put in significant effort to elevate the guest experience. A special Thanks to the General Manager, whose dedication and hands-on approach made a world of difference. It's rare to see a leader so involved, personally ensuring everything runs smoothly and that guests feel valued. The whole team was eager to take our reviews on smallest of the occasions which showed their genuine concern. Kudos to the entire team for turning Hotel Parth into a place where guests are not just accommodated but truly cared for. I'm already looking forward to my next visit and recommending many of my friends.

Best hotel in the City. I have visited Una for an offical visit and seen this new hotel. Rooms are well designed and fitted with all morden facilities. Food taste is also very good. Staff is very helpful and polite. The Manger Ajay Rana is very helpful and professional I wishes them best of luck...

Hotel is very nice, clean & location is also good. Staff is also very humble, cooperative, kind, regards their guests very well. Receptionist Ankita & Ajay are very nice & handles their guests very well & give very good affordable deals. Kitchen staff is also very humble. They also listen patiently & brings everything on time. Varun steward serves us very humbly, nicely. Overall experience is very satisfying. Thank you Parth team

This is my 3rd visit to this city after 3 years. New look of this city surprised me with new hotels in this city. Last time i booked Maya Hotel for my stay and my experience was good with that hotel. But when i entered in the city i saw a new hotel on the road that is Parth Hotel. Amezing look from outside. Modern look so we decided to book the hotel and experience the stay here in this property. When we went inside the hotel the look is not so good like ordinary look. Basic things are missing. Reception staff not much educated, guest handling skills not so good. Just smiling and trying to flirt with me and my wife she took over the booking. When she used her anger to that reception girl she called the manager and he is also started supporting her and misbehave with my wife. After that both of them sent another reception staff to handle us and started flirting with each other manger touching the reception girl in front of guests which looks very awkward. Then we decided not to check-in here in this hotel because first impressions is the last impression. We decided to book our room in Maya Hotel because that hotel much batter from Parth Hotel. No professional behaviour. Bad experience

Pathetic is the word for this hotel service. Very poor service and rude staff. Kitchen staff closed kitchen in mid of our dinner. Nobody is responding to service calls. Don't know the basics of hotel industry and customer dealing.
