The rooms and services are average, you cannot expect even the basic amenities in here. The location makes it a crucial place for a night stay would not recommend the food here.

Worst highway restaurant I've ever been to. Horrible service. Terrible communication. Below par food quality. They either don't understand simple language or never learnt acknowledging an order. Hair in the food given a blind eye by the waiter. Complaints fall on deaf ears. Plain beaten eggs served against an order of half fried eggs. Salt quantity such that there's salt factory in the kitchen.

Unprofessionally managed. Half of things in the menu are missing. Noodles are served without any soya sauce. Out of four items ordered coffee is served first of all. Nonese . Bitter experience. The Spot on opposite side is much much better option.

The place has good parking. Washrooms are pretty clean. The staff is friendly. The service I would say avg as I was served mineral water bottle it had dust on it they should have at least wiped it off with a cloth. The plates were very clean but glasses had scratches. I visited in winters so no reviews in swimming area . Coming to food I would average wouldn't recommend as I ordered sahi paneer and channa masala. The paneer was missing salt and channa masala had a burnt taste. Rice had decent portion. I spent 600 on all these so rates are average but food also average.

Food was tasty ,service was considerable, but they should really improve their servings and quantity,, quantity is not up to the mark and cutlery can be improved . The restaurant cleanliness can be improved and could have been more maintained.

Situated at mandi-Pathankot highway. About 2km from Central University of Himachal Pradesh Shahpur Campus. Had paneer pakora, veg noodles, veg Manchurian, French fries and sandwiches at the restaurant. Taste was satisfactory. Lassi and cold coffee were quite nice. Overall food was good and service was quick. The staff is polite. No issues of parking and a petrol pump is also adjacent to it.

Awesome rooms with nyc view.... Washrooms were clean.....Receptionist n staff were good..... We enjoyed alot there especially in pool.... Food were ok.... Affordable price..... Nxt tym wen we come to dis syd we will definitely stay here... And i definitely recommend this hotel. From Jammu&Kashmir.
