Very bad and late service. Worst experience of my life. My family literally suffered. They took 1 hour to serve starters and another 30 minutes for the food. Even for the simple water they took 30 minutes. Pathetic experience of my life. Never ever recomended.

Nice and supportive staff . Fine rooms and nice foods. If you are travelling to Manali this place is perfectly located near Sunder Nagar bus stop to have a break and rest.

Location is perfect, the view and it's nearby to bus stop, food gave authentic north Indian taste. Yes there is always scope of improvement so need to look upon some other issues like odour free rooms. Other than this experience was good.

They provide worst food.... They do overcharge on every printed object.. dont get fooled.... Worst service... Worst food..... Worst(overpriced) food.... 20rs sprite they give for 45rs.....whts the point..... There food dont have any taste... The staff also is very rude and proud.... Saying( do whatever you wanna do) .....

The rooms were good size and spacious, with the location right in front of the lake. Cleanliness was an issue and I was expecting something very clean (which it wasn't). Limited parking inside the hotel, although there is an open parking right across the hotel.

We booked for one night in this hotel for my family while coming from Manali to Chandigarh. The hotel is centrally located near the Main highway / road in front of the large water body. The view from the terrace is really good and you can spend some time in the open terrace sipping your tea / coffee. The room is large with clean toilets. Food is also good. The boys like Hemraj and Nishat provide excellent service whenever we ordered food or any other services over phone. Beds are large and comfortable. Nice time we had here, Only problem we had here is getting early morning tea which can be only available after 7.45AM or so...

Location is perfect near sunder Nagar Bus stop. So if you are traveling to or from manali you can take halt and enjoys cool breeze and beautiful lake view in sunder Nagar. The hotel is near to the market which is really old so if you are looking to buy something on the ways purana bazaar is a place for that. Hotel is spacious with nice interiors. They have family suits also if you are traveling with a larger group. Stall is very supportive we stayed in winters but the place was really warm. They have room heaters and thick blankets. They maintain Hygiene. Food is good too and service is quick.
