Hotel sheesh mahal

WORST. It was 10 PM when we booked hotel on call while on the way coming back from Manali. Rooms were smelling so bad, thought of looking at kitchen they have, even gutter has same smell and look. Avoid this hotel/gutter at any cost. They didn't care to even refund the booking advance. For info they don't even have lift in hotel in case they give you room at third floor and you have old parents. They should have told everything before taking advance payment. Also the vibe around was very shady with zero security. Anyone can walk into hotel and knock any room. Big no for group with girls.

No WiFi in rooms, no water boiler in rooms, no toiletries in room except a hand wash soap, staff were really rude. Breakfast is not good. The bed sheets and pillow sheets had hairs on them and towels were dirty. Really bad experience.

Food was not so good Price are so high and food is cold and hospitality is worst behaviour is hilourious Worst hotel worst food

This new hotel overlooks a lake in Sunder Nagar.. has good views of the mountains up front as well..Rooms are both Big and small so do checkout which one you're going for. Hotel is very strict about their kitchen timings, it closes at 10 pm. The room service staff behaves in a very strange and unwelcoming way. One guy in particular was almost always rude and gave us a fierce gaze every time he came to serve something..

The rooms were spacious towels neat and clean .I stayed in one with the balcony so outside view was ok . The rooms were average overall, don't expect it to be high fi types. If you want a room with ok amenities and not too costly or you just want to spend the night and move on next day. I would totally recommend it.

Space n occupancy is very good but didn't like the dinner at all. I would like to suggest hotel management that please avoid serving hot beverages in disposable cups. It's not safe and has a tremendous health hazards. Staff was good but dinner was not on time and was not upto the mark. Although snacks n starter were best.

Good for organising family functions . Rooms,hall and resturant facilities are available. My Experience here was good . Location of the hotel is good . It's located at the periphery of Sundernagar Lake .

Nice hotel but have some essu like the don't hire waither for service and location is bad
