Besillio Grand Hotel & Restaurant

Terrible experience. The receptionist was very very rude & the staff was not cooperative. The rooms were dirty. I stayed there for a family function and booked all the 18 rooms they have. But they still didn't provide the lobby for some marriage rituals. Food was not tasty and very expensive. I suggest not to book this hotel for any reason. In one word a horrible experience.

Avg. Experience I have been there on 2-3 occasions. My experience with their Restaurant Facility is good, but the experience with their lodging facility with average. Restaurant Facility: Food Taste, Quality and Quantity etc. everything was upto the mark. Their Hospitality and Service was also good. Lodging Facility (Stay at Hotel): I didn't find it upto the mark. The basic utilities (like Water, Toilet Soap, Towel) was not ensured by the staff in the room, which show their unprofessional attitude. The Room Cost in comparison to the 'Lodging facilties, Room Space & Hotel Location' is very high.

Management and team at this hotel are exceptionally empathetic. Best place in town for get together of family and friends. Keep up the good work.

Some electrical switches do not work properly. Hangers in the bathroom were broken. Road leading to the hotel is broken. Hotel staff took too long to provide towel. An extra almirah should be provided in the rooms. Rest all was fine.

We found this restaurant on road side. It is very good, neat and clean tables. Food is tasty and in budget. We ordered their special thali, paneer paratha, tea , ice cream. I must say, taste of food was beyond my expectation.They have clean washrooms also.

The management and team at this hotel are exceptionally empathetic. With the new renovated interiors and old passion, they give their best to make your event extra special. Best place in town for get together of family and friends. Keep up the good work.

Pathetic service ....bekar service ....we order food @8.10pm around and deliver 9.00 pm ,very disappointed by their service...one person is handling receiption and doing service....my all family members were upset as we travelled all the way from Punjab and they dined to deliver any snacks or soup...

Foods are good but no people there is no people to serve the food ans even whenever you are sitting on the table please click picture of Menu card ans then order as there is no mention of half and full quantity but when they do the billing they will differently and if then u ask fir menu card and will cheat on you. BE CAREFUL ON THIS...
