Mid Way Tourist Resort

Very nice property, nice views, nice location but highly mismanaged and staffs in general and front desk in particular must learn as to how to behave and welcome guests. Rooms are in terrible conditions, requires proper repair, painting walls and repair of room and toilet electrical systems. Dirty linen requires proper washing and changes periodically. No hot water available in room. You just name it. For towels or bedsheets they ask for extra charges. We were highly disappointed and looking forward to a better condition in near future by the hotel management.

Horrible experience. The owners only want to make money and loot you. No clean bathrooms, no proper service, food and beverages have a strange smell due to the cook using water stored since long. They overcharged us for many things.. Butter toast, 90 rs per plate. Booked eggs, 50 rs. Per piece. Don't even go near this hotel.

Looks very big building but no renovation from long time old furniture not even cleaned at all. Don't come here, I would give it 0 start, no service, food was not even ok. No water in the morning. Filthy pillows and bed sheet and you will have extra guest see in photos (cockroach)Very bad experience.

Traveled through Sai Tours & Travels, Phase 11, Sector 65, Mohali. Travel agent Mr. Harvinder Gujjran booked a hotel for us and that was hotel "Midway Tourist Resort" at Mandi which is about 25 km distance from Mandi. The hotel is not maintained at all. Room was not cleaned, washroom was dirty, poor room service and hospitality, no inter-cum service in our allotted room, didn't get any bathing soap. We stayed at 2nd floor. No elevator was available in the hotel. Food quality was not good. Is it called ***star hotel? as travel agent told us when he made the package. Even when I asked him which kind of food will you provide us then he told us in each hotel we will get buffet system at breakfast and dinner but we didn't get in anyone. Mr. Harvinder Gujjran is a liar and he cheated us. Will never recommend any one to contact this travel agent. The hotel Midway Tourist Resort needs improvement and should maintain their property. One plus point was there that is around the hotel there has nature beauty.

It's a little good place to stay with friends etc. But not recommended for family stay ,it's situated little outside of city,,,, you can found here both veg. & Non-vegetarian food according to your requirement.... Also room are in good condition but plumbing work is not proper In short Little good place to stay of you have no any option to go anywhere at the time of your needs. Mid-Way Resort......... We stayed a night here. The hotel looks like located in an insolate village of mandi. Very few people lives nearby. The staffs were careless. Telephone, and television were not at all working. Never eat in any of the restaurants in this area rather than the hotel's own restaurant. The hotel is spacious with a large parking in front.

Never Ever come to this Place. They only have a staff of 5 who do everything from cooking, housekeeping, hotel management and everything you can think of. Services are superdelayed. The staff is unfriendly and not supportive at all. Please don't make a mistake to visit this place. It's a 20years old structure with worst rooms.

Such a cosy abode with a homely feeling amidst the mountains. Friendly staff and prompt services comes with equal charm. Stayed here for two days before leaving for rohtang pass, I was sincerely enamoured by it's services.
