I recently visited this Hotel and Bar and had a mixed experience. The staff were absolutely fantastic--friendly, attentive, and really made us feel welcome. They went above and beyond to ensure we had a pleasant evening. However, the management leaves a lot to be desired. The menu prices have not been updated, and we were unpleasantly surprised when the bill came with significantly higher charges than what was listed. This discrepancy was frustrating and felt very misleading. Moreover, after addressing the issue with the management, they were blaming the staff. It was clear that they were unprepared to handle such feedback, and their response was unprofessional and dismissive. While I commend the hardworking staff, the poor management practices and lack of transparency regarding prices make it hard to recommend this bar. Management needs to step up and provide a more honest and customer-friendly experience.

It was a great experience, totally value for money. The things I liked were - Rooms, Not so noisy, Near to bus stand, nice hospitality, kind staff.. ( i booked the room for the wrong day on the app, but the staff was nice enough to allow me to stay and resolve the issue later the next day during checkout ). Also, they upgraded my room.
