I visited this hotel last week on Thursday few things i would like to share about rooms as it's on hills the rooms are basically on the lower side of hill so u have to go down stairs it's a bit away from main living area so you won't find conveyance easily so walking approx 300 metre may be only way to reach which on hills can be a difficult task auto charged us 140 to take us to railway station solan but even for that we had to walk up to taxi stand 200 meter so it's reachability is a issue better take hotel in mall road there is only fan as it's common in hills hotel is newly made and bathroom is good beautiful ceramics but no tv working as no WiFi or set top box the helper said no drinking water in hotel so you have to buy it while later we came to know they had RO water i felt cheated we checked in @5 pm still owner charged us 1700 and said in other days he charges 2300 what a joke for such a room and he asked for money upfront which I don't think is correct we pay post checkout right it's basically a Shop whith under side used as a hotel and view is only good from backside rooms all in all solan is not a great tourist spot so this hotel room doesn't deserve such high prices with such shortcomings i advice avoid this hotel like follow if you like it.....
