Anand Hotel

Old unmaintained rooms, double bed fitted with two single mattresses instead of a single double sized mattress. No hand shower with the commode. Unclean towels. Not worth a stay, nor the price of ~1300 worth it

I recently stayed at Anand Hotel in Solan and had a mixed experience during my visit. Looking for a staybin solan well you have Anand Residency- clean, ok staff and on the main highway and in city,

Staff is friendly but room is totly unhygienic worst experience. Just want to give quik feedback thet wich room you provide me room number 103 I am very sad with thet sarvice linen was dirty stained one of pillow totly black with stain but I requested your staff to change my linen where your staff is very polite helpful your room boy have changed my linen emidatly but it was not there foult the next linen was also stained after thet I haven't disturb any person bathroom table broken no telephone no facewash musoriser in bathroom.

Rooms are available on cheap rates it's good It's totally near by the chowk and having it's own parking A bit disappointing aspect is illiterate and untraind staff. A rule is need to change that you can't go out side during night after 11 a. m. Till 6 a..m. So need to train them and should be a bit cooperative staff and also need to change the rule of no outside exit for any purpose late night while having any emergency And service should be provided 24*7 on reception. Good scenery can be viewed from rooms.

Nothing was provided,not even toiletries, not even hot water, no room service, u have to go by yourself evento take water, not even bucket was provided there, and talk 15times jzt to switch on the tv. No room cleaning, and above all this they didn't give any discount . Room was preety much good with no view, Also magnometer detection was at 99 near the mattress, don't know if they have installed camera or not.

Ok place to stay room that we were allotted didn't had a window and without air-conditioning. The staff here is good with little to complain about. Location of hotel is wonderful this located in the downtown area of Solan city right in the center of the main Bazar I.e the Mall road. And parking is also available here.
