My stay here was my first time in Solan, and left me with a wonderful impression of the area. The room was very comfortable, with a terrace view of surrounding golden hills. The staff was extremely accommodating, going above expectations. To mention the food was some of the best I had during my stay in Himachal. 5/5 will stay again without question.

Nice place to spend your good time here. I had good time with my family here on new year 2025 party. Staff are very cordial especially Neeraj Sharma who handles reception as well as contribute service also owner madam is very cooperative & cordial. Narayan Jee Ludhiana Punjab

They don't have any room service, they locked you till 8AM in the morning, nobody at the reception and not nobody picking the phone. Its not place you will remember. Don't come with kids as the kitchen will open at 9:30 AM and no kids wait for 9:30AM for the breakfast.

The most pathetic hotel and service I have seen throughout my life. And the experience comes from my wedding organised at the resort. And trust me whem I'm saying this. It looks less like a resort and more like a under counstructed place. The owners don't take any responsibilities and ownership. The rooms were first of all charged for Rs 2000/- while online rates were around Rs 1300/- . No towels in the room, no waterbottles in the room and even after asking for the same by my 84 year old nanu multiple times, they just have no regard and replies that we don't have adequate staff, no cleaning of rooms, no receptionist and the list goes on.. The staff available was so pathetic that I can't describe. And even calling them staff seems extrapolating as only 2 people were made available for such big event, with no water in the room on even the day of wedding, no arrangements till the arrival of barat were even made and upon telling them to do the same, they laugh back while saying they were either busy or there people did not wake up, or they did not had any staff. Literally, my friends arranged the chairs on their own while the barat was at the doorsteps of the hotel. They were charging Rs 15000 for one day of DJ while I booked the same DJ from my personal reference with all accessories for Rs 17000 for 2 days . Almost at half the price. Breakfast scheduled to be served at 7 am to the bride's family residing at the hotel was served actually after the arrival of barat at around 9 AM and therefore, Barati's were also given parantha's in DISPOSABLE PLATES while standing in long queues for the same. As the food stalls meant to serve them by 9:30 AM was actually served by 11:30 AM. The list goes on and on and not even 1 percent of their pathetic service can I explain. I did not wanted to even post the review as everything related to this resort makes me remeber the embarrassment my wife and her family faced during the event of 3 days. For once in my life I want to forget all my values and ethics and shout at them with full disgrace because of the experience I had with them and one more thing.. The things and situations were made intentionally bad by the resort owners because we opted for 3rd party decoration for Rs 50,000/- for the same theme for which they gave an estimation of Rs 1.50 Lacs and for the DJ rates as I mentioned above. I sincerely request everyone not to waste your once in a lifetime event by selecting such place as your destination.

The worse service that anyone could ever imagine or may be beyond one could ever imagine.... they made me wanna cry again and again in my own wedding... even the basic facilities weren't provided.. We felt ashamed in front of our relatives... my parents had to listen from guests because of them.... may the team learn and deliver their promises or atleast deliver basic facilities offered at any hotel..

I will never ever recommend Veronika Resort Solan to anybody. Worst service, worst staff, everything was pathetic. This is the worst place I have ever seen. Recently my marriage organised from Veronika resort solan and the services were so poor my all guest went home with empty stomach. This is very disappointing. No drinking, snacks, and food were served on time. We were calling again & again the staff to serve the drinks, snacks & food. We booked the hotel for 2 days. When we asked them for these poor services then they started giving pathetic excuses like their cook was not well and so on. If you have no enough staff to attend their customer why you have opened this much big property. Poor poor poor poor poor very poooooor

Best hotel in Solan. Friendly staff. Highly recommended.
