The Orchid Hotel Shimla

The hotel service was really good. We had a wonderful experience in your hotel. The room service was very good . And the taste of cuisine was really good. We really appreciate your chef Sunny for this!! The room was very comfortable and the overall experience was pretty good. We really are pleased with the kind and nice help and guidance by Sakshi, Dilip and Nitesh. Overall the experience was pretty good.

Our stay at Orchid Shimla was exceptional. To celebrate my husband's birthday, I requested room decoration and a candlelight dinner, resulting in a truly magical evening. The staff's meticulous attention to detail, the exquisite decorations, and the superb cuisine created a flawless experience. Their personalized service and unwavering helpfulness were remarkable.The staff was so sweet, the decorations were gorgeous, and the chef? Wow! The food was incredible, and they treated everyone so personally. Totally worth it, a trip we'll never forget.

The stay was very comfortable. Rooms, food and service is excellent. Special kudos to the entire staff Sakshi, Vaibhav , Nikita for making our stay and mother's day special. Surprised cake cutting after the breakfast in the restaurant. Highly recommended for everyone.

The hotel's location and ambiance were exceptional, enhanced by the outstanding service provided by the friendly and helpful staff. The hotel's cleanliness, stylish design, and spacious rooms created a positive first impression, further complemented by the high-quality and reasonably priced dinner service. The well-equipped and comfortable room added to the overall positive experience. I was highly satisfied with my stay and intend to return for an extended visit in the future.

We were here for a birthday party and it was a lovely experience. The food, the ambience, the staff is amazing. I would recommend you must visit the place for the food, fun and beautiful view. It's now one of my favourite places nice. 10/10 ........

Had an amazing stay there. Staffs are so helpful. Special thanks to Mr Nitesh Rana. He was too kind to listen to our problem and provided the best solution. The only drawback is there deluxe rooms which has no view at all. If you want to experience the best valley view go for their executive rooms. The food was great too.

We came here for a three night stay in Shimla and was very pleased we did. |The hotel staff were amazing especially Saskhia and Vijay in the restaurant. |It was my wife's bday during our stay and I paid for a bday package for dinner which included a private terrace and room, candlelight, balloons, bday cake and flowers. We also had our private waiter who provided silver service for the food when it came to the table. They went above and beyond for my wife's bday and I thank all the restaurant staff for their service. |The food was Buffett style on other nights and at breakfast which was well made and plenty of it. If we asked for something from the table someone would bring it to you. |There was parking outside included at no change and there are electric charging ports also. |Reception staff were helpful and treated us with a traditional hat and scarf on arrival which was a nice touch. |The spa staff/manager was very helpful and the second lady who did our message was very good. Sorry I can't remember their name but have included a picture of the manager who also took my calls when he was off duty as I had a time change for one of our treatments and reception put us through to him before he started work which was really helpful. |There is a small gym and a small sauna and steam room separate for men and women. Although we booked a couples package and as it was quite they let us use one of the facilities together. |The driver we had booked for the week from Phagwara Punjab also commented that this was a very good hotel. |Kufri was about 30mins away and Mall Rd was about 20-30 mins away. We preferred this as we weren't right in the middle of the hussle and bustle. We had great views from our room and from the roof as you can see in my pics attached.|The negatives were the room walls were thin and could hear the couple Nextdoor having a domestic. So if possible as for a room with no one next door if possible. |If you found this post helpful please like.

Wonderful hotel in Shimla - great location lovely views excellent food .A very warm welcome on arrival . Rooms are very clean with all amenities. The entire staff is very caring & helpful. Best to involve them in your travel plans and they will arrange things best for you. Mr Anil took extra care to adjust cuisine to our requirements. You are certain to enjoy your stay here
