The Namah Retreat

They stole articles & money in the name of room cleaning & house keeping. They use our wearables during house keeping. Bad behavior. Poor management. Bad food quality & quantity. TV not working. Poor WiFi signal. No hygiene. Far (almost 3km) from Mall road. Worst option ever we had.

First of all the service is pathetic. The staff is not at all cooperative does not bat an eye on customer issues.. The tap in the bathroom is broken. Rooms are not clean. The kettle was broken and dirty we had to clean it to use. They just take the money and apologise and ask us to manage with situation. Just booked this stay to be near nature and away from crowd but the service for the price is absolutely terrible. We even asked for room shifting same area same price but they just declined by giving us an excuse. Even the cook asked us to not to disturb him time and again for room matters but that was the only number shared with us for any queries Location: good Value for money: A big no Services: pathetic Staff: Rude and non cooperative And we are stuck here for 3 days..

Don't prefer this hotel or any other 'Perfect Stayz' hotel for family vacation or business travel. I stayed in Shimla. When I was not in the room, caretaker & manager used my personal belongings. It's complete breach of your privacy. They used to do lots of unethical activity. On reporting of this the group does not take any action as they are also involved in it. I have multiple numbers of proof for the same.

Staffs misbehaved My things stolen Wifi not working Light fluctuations We asked for blanket ,they didn't provided Kettel not working No complementary No safety None staff helped for luggage to keep it safely in our rooms Worst day of my life I feel literally crying because of their treatment Pls guys don't go this hotel , it's a genuine review after stay of night

Good rooms with excellent hospitality from the hotel staff. Appreciated from the bottom of my heart. I wish to drop in whenever I get a chance to be in Shimla. Neat and clean all over with good ambience with good quality of food. .Beautiful mountain view from the Room. Best wishes to the entire team of Perfect stays. Great job and keep it up .Highly recommend hotel, Money worthy.

If you have to waste your money , then choose it , if you want to face humiliation then choose it .. 10th class service ...complete waste of money We have asked for blanket ,they argued for that , no electricity for whole night, Worst experience

The location is located down to 3km from mall road . 1) No management 2) No itself kitchen 3) No water bottle availability 4) There is no any approachable location for good food and others. Room was clean but no cleaning of glass and water kettle.

The problems u might face during the stay are - 1) not proper management and staff.due to which services were delayed alot.. 2) need to follow up for room cleanliness and other services... 3) 3-4 kms far from mall road please dont use map as they have put wrong location... Want to share an incident - i ordered ppuri bhaji for breakfast but they forgot to provide we were forced to go without breakfast because of their poor services... 4) they don't have proper chef ( doesn't cook good meals) and mall road was far from location... so to eat good food was a tough task here
